I record often and since just this week, my RECORD button is no longer where it used to be. It used to be between SUMMARY and REACTIONS in the lower bar in the zoom meeting window. I've looked for ways to add it back, but have had no luck. Any help? 

I schedule meetings through Zoom Pro regularly. For about two to three months now, I have not had breakout rooms available in my Zoom app (using Windows 11).I've tried contacting the support team who confirmed that everything in my account was set up correctly, but couldn't help me with the missing breakout rooms. Unfortunately, I cannot upload images as of yet. Things I have tried so far (all with the desired effect):go through all the settings in my profile for breakout rooms, checked several times whether breakout rooms were available (and Zoom support has confirmed that it is set-up correctly in my account)uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom to make sure I have the latest version availabletried hosting meetings both on Windows and iOStried making another person to the host in my meeting, but he did not have breakout rooms available then eithertried starting meetings directly from the

Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?

I know that in Zoom Settings, mic input can be set to mute when joining meetings.In Zoom Settings, there is also a setting: Audio > Microphone where the Input volume can either be set to be 'Automatically adjust(ed)…', or not automatically adjusted, and manually set to any level from 0 to maximum.Being able to set the mic input level manually makes sense in certain circumstances, but when it is set to 0 (muted), during a meeting, I can unmute the mic input in the meeting interface, and I am heard in the meeting.What is happening technically when I have the mic input set to 0 in settings, and unmute the mic in the interface? My hunch is the mic level is changed to automatic level control automatically; if it is passing audio, it is no longer set to 0 (mute). On the flip side, if the mic input level is *manually* set to something greater than 0, but muted in the interface, I suspect that when the mic is unmuted in the interface, it adopts the manually set level

I had a reoccuring meeting set up with a specific Meeting ID.  The time frame ended and now I'm looking to set up more reoccuring meetings with the same specific meeting id.  I tried setting up reoccuring meetings, but they seem to issue me a new meeeting id.  How can i use my orginal meeting id? 

I’m writing as a paid Zoom customer and long-time power user to report a regression in window management behavior on Windows that is impacting daily use.Recent Zoom desktop versions appear to have removed or obscured global controls related to window priority and “always on top” behavior. As a result, fullscreen meetings intermittently fail to properly assert z-order, causing the Windows taskbar to appear behind or overlay applications even after exiting Zoom fullscreen. Il problema che riscontro è che se uso l’audio normale non si sente la musica, se metto la musica non si sente la mia voce, cioè durante la riunione se parlo io devo staccare la musica, se va la musica non posso parlare io. Qualcuno sa dirmi come fare? Grazie 

I have been using Zoom for almost four years and have been an administrator for nearly 3 of those. I am always learning new things though. Now, I cannot view downloaded recently recorded meeting with QuickTime. Has there been a change and, if so, what CAN be used to view downloaded recordings on a Mac? The response I get is that the recording is not compatible with QuickTime.

When virtual background was turned off in earlier versions, it turned off. Then I could hold up stuff before the camera and it would look OK. Now when I turn off virtual backgrounds it is all blue and I can't show anything I hold up in front of the camera or see anything but a blue virtual background that causes weird stuff to happen to my image like disappearing parts of my head etc.

As part of our Platinum Partner engagement, I requested our Channel Solution Engineer to provide access to Zoom Phone, Webinar, and Webinar Plus for demo and practice purposes on my official company email ID.However, after this access was granted, my existing account data was unexpectedly removed. Hi,I am sure this has been asked before but could find any direct answer.Why Zoom meetings do not sync to the desktop app?If I schedule a meeting in the browser then it syncs to my mobile app but not to the desktop appIf I schedule a meeting in the desktop app then it doesn't get synced to either mobile app or browser. I do not use any google calander, 365 or exchange, all I want is my meetings to sync within Zoom (and that should be by default) Thanks in advance

Hi, I ( from Taiwan) set up an online congress and invite a Chinese speaker ( from China) to log into the Zoom. But when he log in, his Zoom shown: your country/area cannot subscribe to the Zoom. Is anyone face this problem? I am wondering is this because the political issue? 

My Zoom app keeps crashing for no reason (I don't know why). I've tried all the solutions on the internet (reinstalling, reboot, cleanup chaches, update, etc) but all of them don't take any effect, still "not responding". I even don't get any error code or troubleshoot so the crashed app doesn't let me know what is the problem. I'm very upset.I hope someone can kindly help me because I have many schedules on it so I really really need this to be solved. The "Bolt" and "Contact Support" don't help me anything as bad as they are. Big thanks to all of you who can help me get away from this.

Zoom crashes immediately when I open it after updating my Mac to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1. So sad. I have tried several versions of Zoom, but all the ways I tried cannot work,  is there any solution?

After no problems or issues for years...my profile photo is suddenly NOT showing up in Zoom meetings. Why?

When I record while screen sharing with ZOOM, the speaker image is fixed to the upper right corner; Does ZOOM have an option to change the speaker image to record somewhere other than the upper right corner, say the lower right or lower left? I can do that on my PC, but others often tell me they can't do it on their PCs. I do not know what is causing this.

There used to be a way for invitees to respond to the meeting request. They checked a box saying accepted or not accepted for the meeting. That doesn’t seem to be availalbe any more. Now my invitees are not getting my invites? Could someone help me with understanding what happened to this option? Thank you.  

Zoom keeps crashing within seconds of opening it. I have done very last suggestion I can find. I've updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, all updates, CleanZoom, etc. It still crashes. I can't get tech support on the line. Nothing works. What can I do? How can I actually get help or fix this?

In the share screen options it shows one where the speaker's background is removed and its at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I selected this, but then looked at the recording and the speaker was in the upper right hand corner with a random white background. How can I get it to record the speaker with no background at all like it shows in the preview on the share screen options?

I mistakenly recorded a Zoom meeting to my local computer, an Apple Mac.  How can I move this recording to the Zoom Cloud with my other Zoom recordings?
