1080p in Zoom Meetings with the Enhanced Media add-on: configured as documented, still not getting Full HD

 Hi,

  I run online events for a client and I am trying to get a true 1080p picture in the speaker's video window in Zoom
  Meetings.

  What we have:
  1. Zoom Meetings license with the Enhanced Media add-on assigned to the host.
  2. In the web portal, Settings > Meeting > Media Settings: Meeting-HD Video Quality set to Full HD, High bitrate video ON.
  3. Zoom desktop client 6.7.5 or newer, HD enabled in video settings, virtual background off, full screen on the receiving side.
  4. The video comes from a vMix production at 1920x1080, sent to Zoom as a virtual camera over NDI.
  5. Upload bandwidth at the sending location is well above the 20 Mbps recommended for high bitrate video.

  Result: the speaker's window still does not reach 1080p. We followed the Enhanced Media article step by step and nothing changed.

  The event format matters here, so a Webinar license is not an option:
  1. About 300 participants in total.
  2. About 20 of them keep their cameras on at the start of each session and wave to each other.
  3. Participants need to unmute themselves during the session.

  My questions:
  1. With the Enhanced Media add-on, does Zoom Support still need to enable Full HD on the account? The HD video article says the setting must be enabled by Zoom Support, the Enhanced Media article does not mention it.
  2. Is 1080p in Meetings limited by the number of participants? The Enhanced Media FAQ mentions a threshold of 100 participants for most features. If a 300-person meeting drops to standard quality, is there any setting that keeps the active speaker at 1080p?
  3. Does a virtual camera source (NDI) have any resolution cap in the Zoom client that a physical camera does not?

  Any confirmed setup that delivers 1080p in a 300-person meeting would help a lot.
