회의를 진행하였고 자동으로 녹화를 하였으면 회의가 끝나기전에 저장하겠냐고 물어야 정상 아닌가요? 회의 진행한건 나와있는데 녹화가 안되어있는데 이거는 파일을 받을 수 있는거 아닌가요?zoom 측의 문제가 있다고 봅니다

When I attend a zoom class my image is extremely poor. It looks like I'm sitting at a card table in a poorly lit room which is smokey.  I'm really in a well lit room with no smoke. That's my first problem.  The 2nd thing I would like to install a background picture I haven chosen.

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Anyone facing similar issues?

I recently got a new laptop (Acer with Windows 11 Home) and when I am in Zoom for guitar lessons, I can hear voice clearly, but the guitar playing is muted/cannot be heard.  Some other participants can hear the guitar, others like me cannot.  I have tried all the recommended settings including setting the audio for musicians, but no success.  My old laptop, also an Acer with Wondows 11 Home, has no trouble hearing both voice & guitar in the same meetings.

We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.

I regularly (1-2 a week) get added to webinars by random people/companies that I never asked to be joined to. Yes, they’re kind of in my industry (IT), but I never accept and often, when trying to get removed, end up in a loop I can’t get out of. Never used to get this with Zoom in previous years. Is there some setting I need to turn on/off? I get enough spam on my phone without having to deal with it on Zoom. Would have asked a rep, but appreantly the AI bot couldn’t figure out I was logged in and kept demanding I logged in before talking to a rep.

Zoom has started enlarging or zooming in the video and appears to randomly move about. Dual streamed, for a while now, via VMIX to a different output where things look completely different. The same video feed is supplying both outputs and have for the longest time been exactly the same. Now Zoom looks horrible, very close up and the motion seems weird and random. It almost looks like an AI is trying to focus on some preferred point. This is new, and I don’t know what is causing it.

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.Please help restore this feature to my account. 

I am so tired of this platform always making changes to “make it better” and all they do is make it harder to use!  I have spent COUNTLESS hours trying to resolve this and quite frankly I am sick and tired of the horrible support for this platform.I have gone in and changed multiple settings to enable chat in my meetings but it still does not show up.  I also have a problem with it not displaying the correct image in the waiting room even though the picture is there and is enabled!I have tried to chat with an actual person but all I get is these absolutely idiot bots that do absolutely NOTHING but waste your time!  I’m so sick of this platform.  And,  yes, I am looking for other alternatives!  I’m stuck using this at the moment.  So, if anyone cares to try and help with these 2 issues, I would be MOST appreciative!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know this could be fixed in 5 min or less if I could just speak to an actual person but no, Zoom thinks they are too big to have to

I joined a meeting and for the first time ever, experienced a horrible echo.  My phone was off; there were no other devices active in the room.  I tried both speaker types. I downloaded a new driver. I contacted Zoom support and the bot told me I had to pay for a plan to get to audio settings to cancel echoes.  I did notice upon leaving the meeting that somehow I was on as two participants - not sure how that happened; but could that have been the problem?

When a setting is relocated (e.g., “Preview video before joining”), removing it from the old menu without any notice makes users think the feature was removed. This breaks muscle memory and causes unnecessary frustration.Add a basic note or redirect in the old location saying where the setting moved. This is common‑sense UX, especially for camera and join‑time privacy settings.

Hi All,In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen.  I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting.  For instance, I teach piano over Zoom.  When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on.  But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard.  So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen.  Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address.    Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?   I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

This is something I never noticed myself as I always keep the right-side chat panel open during meetings.  But apparently, as of the April 2022 release of Zoom, there is a Chat Preview popup which appears for in-meeting chat if you do not have the chat panel/popup open.  It hovers over the Chat button briefly every time someone chats:  A user of mine was asking if it was possible to permanently disable this popup, as it is a bit annoying (something I agree with).  If one hits ^ next to the chat button, there is an option to disable this chat preview.  However, unchecking this option only lasts for the duration of your meeting.  If you leave the meeting and join another meeting, the Show Chat Previews option goes back to being turned on by default.

Why is Zoom finding it so hard to understamd UK TIme zones? There are messges here going back 4 years saying how the registration emails are failing to take the time changes that happen in the UK, every year called British Summer Time. The problem here is that if the Meeting is scheduled after the BST change, and people register for the meeting before that date, their advised start time will be wrong. The registration coding needs to take account the date of the meeting and whether it will be after BST or not. Not give the time as it would be before BST. Come on, Zoom. It aint that hard...

The online help instructions (both the Zoom support article and the bot) incorrectly indicate you can change the location of the locally saved chat files by way of selecting a different save location in Settings. However, the latest version of Zoom seems to have removed that option, but the help instructions still say this is the way to do it. My chat files are now saving to my desktop, a new folder with a single chat file (usually blank) for every meeting, and it's a mess. I still want them to save automatically for the meetings where the chat is really helpful and needs to be shared around, but I want it back in the Zoom folder on my computer. I can't find a way to change the save location in this latest update. Does anyone know where to find this?

We have been using Zoom the same way for more than a year and all of a sudden the video freezes intermittently. Our Zoom machine is a new medium level PC using NDI and VMix. This has been working perfectly for a long time. Now the video in Zoom freezes randomly. I am running the NDI Studio monitor along side and it keeps going. We run a tech shop here and everyone is stumped. We did roll back the version of the zoom client and it didn't fix it.

When using zoom chat, some accented glyphs cannot be input, regardless of the user's system keyboard settings or hardware. For instance, the Alt/AltGr+i shortcut does not result in a fada í even with an "Irish" keyboard, but always results in italicizing text. It would be preferable if these shortcuts were changed to make typing input conform with system settings, en par with word processing software - where italicizing or bolding is achieved with Ctrl+i and ctrl+b, respectively. I could also imagine just treating the Alt and Alt Graph keys differently, so existing shortcuts could keep working with the Alt key, but the AltGr key would work for inputting special characters.Another solution could be adding a toggle control to enable/disable the italics shortcut and other potential interferences in the chat options.This issue is occurring in all English and German language settings I've tested - Umlauts do seem typable on a German QWERTZ keyboard, but not with shortcuts o

I have a personal account. I have updated all the screen share settings so that non-hosts can share their screens. A friend uses my account to host a weekly session I am not in. Since we’re not under the same account I can’t add her as a co-host. We’ve tried all the settings. I have to join the meeting each week and turn on settings in the meeting for her to screen share. I’ve disabled two settings to allow sharing when guests are in meetings as some of our friends may not be signed into an account. We have created a new meeting to ensure the settings take effect going forward. From everything done, my impression is that I shouldn’t need to be in the meeting. But I have to go in every week and turn it on or else she can’t share her screen.  

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?
