Hello,I want to order Zoom Workplace Pro, but I'm having trouble clicking the "Order Now" button.I filled out the Address Information form, then entered my Credit or Debit Card, and then clicked the "Order Now" button. I get this warning:Error! The system cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or use a different payment method. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.I've tried using three different credit cards, but the same warning still appears.Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

Hi everyone, I’m exploring governance and intake processes for Zoom Marketplace app requests in an enterprise university environment. At present, when a user clicks Request to Add for a Marketplace app, the request email we receive only contains very limited information such as: requestor name requestor email app name  There is also an optional reason field in the Zoom request pop-up, but in practice this is often skipped, and we are also finding that it may not reliably carry through into our downstream ticketing workflow.I wanted to ask whether anyone in the Zoom Community has dealt with similar issues and, if so, how you approached them. I would like to know:Can the “reason” field on a Zoom Marketplace app request be made mandatory? I have a Server-to-Server OAuth app that is activated and live on my account. When making API calls I receive error code 124 Invalid Access Token. I have verified my Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret are correct and have regenerated the Client Secret multiple times. The app has the following scopes: meeting:write:meeting:admin, meeting:read:meeting:admin, user:read:user:admin, webinar:write:webinar:admin, webinar:read:webinar:admin. Please help me identify why the token is invalid.

Have any LTI Pro admins ever gone through the process of changing the installer? When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way.  I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them.  Other family members all use Macs and have no issues.  As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome.  Thank you. 

Why i have been charged by zoom 3 usd, and my plan didnt go through

We used the Webhook-only application to capture Webinar Registration data in Marketing Cloud, but the data was not captured. Could you please help us identify what the issue might be?Also, please confirm whether Endpoint URL validation is mandatory. Some of the customers using our Marketplace App started reporting an issue when using our zoom integration.I’m not going to get in lot of details about our integration but basically the workflow is when you start the zoom meeting you get an chatbot message with 3 buttons you can press and depending which one you press different action gets triggered….Around 10 days ago customers started reporting that nothing happens when they press button and on our side in the logs I can see 403 when calling API:Failed to execute command: POST: api.zoom.us. To put it shortly I have uploaded all the documents with their respective names. I have attached information for the reviewer how to log in and test it. It got rejected with the claim “you haven’t uploaded any info for reviewer / no documentation”  I also have not seen ANY attempt to log in from the reviewer’s end and I have RUM set up with Datadog. What can I do? I attempted to communicate by responding to the reviewers notes and no response. What should I do?  

I am receiving a string of added scopes for my app, but, and even though I have added meeting:write:meeting in my scopes and it shows clicked, my test does not have it included together with the other scopes. How can I confirm that that particular scope is saved?

I have all the Slack phone integration options enabled but there are some issues:/zoom call @user shows every number the user has registered with Slack as part of the dropdown. There should be a way to control this as the default would ideally be their extension. Using the “More call options” dropdown in a DM seems to never show an extension as an option. Again, this really should be controlled or extension should be the default. I’m trying to get to a point where it’s just as easy to use Zoom for a quick call as it is a huddle and these are the primary gaps I see.

Hi-I have a Zoom Meeting in our Zoom Webinar & Events account that I want to stream to Facebook. The Zoom event is owned by an organization account, and I am an alt host for it.I want to stream it to a public Facebook Group where I am an admin.I set up a Facebook Event with live video, and my accounts have all the permissions they seem to need.I got the new Zoom Live Streaming app on my Zoom account, and it looks like I can use it to stream to the org YouTube account, but it’s unclear how I can connect it to the Facebook event, or even to the Facebook group. It looks like it will stream to my personal Facebook account feed.Please help!

Hello I cannot uninstall any Zoom Apps, if I click uninstall it says 'Error: Network error'

I recently created a Warmly account through Zoom. The name tag is cool, but there was no easy way to turn it on and off in the middle of a call, so I deleted it from my Zoom account and I deleted my Warmly account, but the name tag continues to appear on the screen when I'm sharing my camera. How can I get rid of this? 

The Zoom Timer app no longer works for me as of yesterday. I have never had trouble with it before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Zoom app and the Timer app within Zoom, and restarted my computer. The problem remains. When I open the app, the Timer logo flashes briefly and then I get a black screen instead of the timer. I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Zoom version 6.2.10
