Application Review - rejected but nobody actually reviewed it ?

To put it shortly I have uploaded all the documents with their respective names. I have attached information for the reviewer how to log in and test it. It got rejected with the claim “you haven’t uploaded any info for reviewer / no documentation” 

I also have not seen ANY attempt to log in from the reviewer’s end and I have RUM set up with Datadog. What can I do? I attempted to communicate by responding to the reviewers notes and no response. 

What should I do?
