As part of our release process, we need to display license information for third-party libraries used in the app.However, I couldn’t find any LICENSE or NOTICE file in the SDK package provided by Zoom.I would like to ask:Where can I find the official license for the Zoom SDK?Is it necessary to include a license notice or attribution for the Zoom SDK inside the app?If so, what is the proper way to reference or display it? (e.g., wording or URL)I've checked Zoom’s documentation and GitHub repositories but couldn’t find a clear answer.If anyone has experience with this or has already gone through app store review using Zoom SDK, your advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

We have been working with Zapier and Zoom support going back and forth trying to resolve the issue when we use a Zap to push a webinar registration from our Hubspot form to Zoom, the Country and Company fields do not come across.  Only first name, last name and email fields will show up in the Zoom registration report.  Has anyone else been successful getting this information via a Zap going between Hubspot and Zoom?  We have already added delays in the Zap and everything is pointing to Zoom correctly per Zapier.  Zoom says its an App development issue. I'm unable to add any members to Calendly for Zoom via the Zoom App Marketplace > Apps on account > Calendly for Zoom Currently setup as Admin, however still unable to add users. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!  

My home url is working. In the zoom client side panel, I can only see the logo and name. No web page is opening. Desktop zoom. There is no error logs to view.  

I have been trying integrate zoom with my own app. Its a general app. I have given all the details like redirect_uri, client_id and client_secret . when I try to connect the connectors or  preview my app listing it throws resource_access_error. Hello, Perhaps someone can help me? I didn't see a more appropriate board than meetings. I have an App that was added a couple of years ago, and it keeps coming back. We've removed it on several occasions, yet it still appears when I open a meeting. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? It's called BlueSky Timer. It's like a bad penny. Also, I can't even see the apps that are installed now. When I go to Apps in the desktop client, I get sent to the App store which is incredibly busy interface, and I don't see any link for My Apps. I see nothing close to it in the web interface either. Am I missing something? Really disappointed in the updated interface. Thanks. Jon

I'm playing around with the Zoom SDK for my app, and I've hit a bit of a snag when trying to join meetings hosted by other Zoom accounts. I keep getting this "Error Code: 4011" that basically says my SDK app needs to be published on the Zoom Marketplace.Now, I get why that might be a thing for big, public apps. But honestly, my use case is pretty specific and more on the internal/controlled side. Creating and maintaining a full-blown public app on the Marketplace just for this seems like overkill.So, my question to you all is: Is there ANY way around this? Hello. I am an engineer currently trying to create a system that uses webhooks to send notifications to Slack when a call on Zoom Phone is missed, based on a request from our sales team. Specifically, the plan is to trigger a GCP Cloud Function endpoint with the webhook, which in turn sends a notification to Slack. Although I've managed to send notifications to Slack by using the verification button on Zoom Phone, I'm not sure how to actually integrate Zoom Phone with the webhook I've created. In my research, even for internal use, it seems that we need to apply for and obtain approval from Zoom for the webhook. I'm also struggling with how to deploy and install it for use by other employees, as I haven't been able to validate it in a production environment. If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate your guidance.

Hey, Just wondering, if we make any changes to our published apps, especially user-managed OAuth apps, do we need to unpublish them first? We updated the OAuth redirect URL in our app, and since then, we've been getting an "Invalid redirect - 4,700" error, even though we're using the correct URL. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thanks.

My timer has looked like this for quite a while now — something seems to be broken in its interface. Reinstalling both Zoom and the timer app doesn’t help. Switching from dark to light theme doesn’t fix it either. Minimizing and popping the app out (Pop out) doesn’t help either. Could you help me fix this? I'm using Windows 11 64-bit.

Our app uses the Print dialog to print a document after our app flow finishes. The Zoom Embedded browser doesn't respect "Landscape" css directive, and there isn't a way to manually print in Landscape mode. There doesn't seem to be any place I can find to submit a bug report. Here is what it looks like - the layout direction buttons are not clickable.

Last month, I was banned from Zoom with the error code 1132. I reported the issue and submitted an appeal, and they eventually restored access to my account. I can now log in through Zoom Web without any problems. However, when I try to sign in using the Zoom app on my MacBook, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I can log in through the Zoom app on my smartphone just fine. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on my laptop, but the issue persists. I also reached out to Zoom support, but so far, they haven’t been able to resolve it. How can I fix this?

Zoom workplace apps aren't opening or downloading.On a Mac, newest zoom versionIt's after that new update that seperated device accounts into admin and user. So I received a message when trying to open an app while in a meeting, 'Zoom apps is disabled. contact support for more details.' Do they mean the chatbot or a ticket? so confusing. That app was downloaded before the update but after the update its like everything reseted, It disappeared.Anyone have any ideas what in the world im supposed to do? How do I un-disable zoom apps from my computer?

Hello, I am building a Zoom App that runs inside Zoom meetings using the Zoom Apps SDK. However, in the App Marketplace I only see options for General, Webhook, and Server-to-Server apps. Hi community, I created a "webhook only" app in Zoom AppMarketplace and I'd like to save this data in a third-party app. The notification is sent but more than one time. Some records are sent 3 times. What could be the cause of this? Regards

I am in the process of testing the upgrade of Zoom Pro LTI 1.1 to version 1.3 in our Canvas LMS test environment.  After I finished upgrading to 1.3, I verified in my Canvas course that all Upcoming Meetings, Previous Meetings, and Cloud Recordings were still there and available.  So, that part looked fine.  But when i clicked on the "Appointments" tab, the schedule I created from my office hours was gone.   From my testing, the transition from Zoom Pro LTI 1.1 to 1.3 is easy and seamless, except for the created schedules in the "Appointment" tab, which don't seem to come back. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if they found a solution for this issue? Thanks!Jeff

I will be installing a new app for all users with a service account with admin permissions. Will that service account need to stay an admin after the account is installed for the app to continue to work? All that I've read says that an owner or admin account needs to create the account and that the account needs to stay active for the app to continue to work. But I haven't seen anything that says it needs to stay and admin account. Will it break the app if I demote it after? Alternatively, what are the specific permissions needed in an admin account to be able to install an app, but do nothing else? I would be willing to go the route of creating a new admin role if I'd be able to limit the admin permissions for it.
