Sponsor contact email cannot also be used as a sponsor representative — expected behavior?

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up a multi-session virtual event on Zoom Events, with an Expo featuring Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors, and I've run into an issue with sponsor configuration.

**The problem**
In the Sponsors tab, each sponsor has a Contact field and a separate Representatives list. For several of our sponsors, the person listed as the main contact is also the person who will staff the booth on the day.

When I try to add that same email address as a representative, Zoom rejects it because the address is already in use for that sponsor.

**What I'd like to achieve**
The sponsor contact should also appear as a booth representative, so they get representative access and show up on the booth info card.

**My questions**
1. Is this the expected behavior — can a single email address only hold one role per sponsor?
2. Is there a supported way to have the sponsor contact also listed as a representative?
3. Does the Contact field itself grant any booth access, or is it purely administrative?

Any insight from Zoom staff or from other organizers who have dealt with this would be much appreciated.
