How to download a csv of all session links in a zoom event

HI,

 

I’m trying to download a csv of all zoom session links in a zoom event. I have published the event and I can go to each event by following the group link and find individual links by starting the zoom rooms, but there must be an easier way to do this? Any help would be most welcome.

I’m trying to create an export so I can match those zoom links with a conference platform I have elsewhere.

Alos, what difference does it make if it is one hub or another?

    Hi Amanda,

     

    Yes—there is a more efficient way, but the available CSV export depends on what information you need.

    Exporting session data

    In Zoom Events, you can go to the event’s Analytics → Sessions area and download the Session Summary as a CSV. Zoom also provides Custom Reports, where you can select the columns you want in the export.

    Regarding the Hub

    A Hub is essentially the organizational space where your Zoom Events are managed and published. You can have events under different hubs, and the hub determines the environment/branding and management context for those events.
