My attendee list has people who appear to be absent...why?

Two questions:

1. When I download an attendee list from our meeting in Zoom Events, it has many who are listed as absent in the lobby plus the join and exit times are blank, and the video watch time is also blank.

Why are they listed if they didn't actually attend?

 

2. We also seem to have a lot of people who join the lobby but never join the meeting...is that a design issue? Perhaps it should take them directly into the event when it starts if they joined the lobby?

​@EPCLally Hi there, Zoom Events/Webinars Plus will list the registrants and then if they attended the lobby or session in the analytics. This way you can view the different modes of attendance.

Regarding users who join the lobby vs session: Within single session events by default it will also launch into the session for them, in multiple session events the platform allows the user to select if they wish to launch into it since there can be different sessions running at the same time .etc
