Non-profit application mistakenly rejected

Hello,

The nonprofit I work for meets all the criteria for Zoom’s nonprofit discount, however, our application was sadly rejected. Can our application be reviewed again? There is a similar forum question from last year, but the links the support person shared are broken.

We have a community workshop on 27 September which we would like to host on Zoom so I would appreciate if this could be looked into urgently.
