PAYMENT HI

Hi ​@Lona Jeffrey. To view your invoice history, please try the following steps: 

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Payment History.
   All of your invoices will be displayed.
3. Use the search and filter functionality to view invoices in a specified date / time range or status, or search by invoice number.
4. Click an invoice number to view it.
5. (Optional) Select the check box next to an invoice number and click Download to download and view a PDF of an invoice.

Invoice statuses:

• Open: You haven’t paid the invoice.
• Processing: The payment is processing or the invoice is currently unavailable.
• Paid: You’ve paid the invoice and the payment was successfully processed.
• Credit: You have a credit on your account.
