Even though our classes our in person - I like to have zoom running with video turned off to get the transcript and meeting summaries. I then edit those and post to my canvas courses for students to have . Great for those who missed class but also then they can engage with the content not stressing about detailed note taking. They can still take notes- but eases the burden of it knowing they will also get the class summary.
