HelloThe pro Plan is USD 149.85/yearI was billed USD 170.- something.It does not make any sense.Even if 149.85 is without VAT, the VAT in Switzerland is 8.1%So the total amuont would be 161.99Any Ideas?How can I contact billing. Zoom realy makesa hard time to speak with a real person. 

I Paid For Zoom Subscription and Till now even I got the mail that Payment has been processed then also I am not able to see the invoice or unable to use the Upgraded zoom even still my Current Plan is Showing as Basic Even after paying the full amount and receiving the mail that Payment has been Processed any body please help

Hello!I'm writing to inquire about upgrading some basic accounts within our Zoom Workplace Pro organization. I have  two pro accounts. Pro account 1 connected many other Zoom accounts to the account but those accounts are only basic ones. I also have another pro account 2 that has 18 available licensed paid (pro) accounts to add.My goal is to turn a few basic accounts (connected to pro account 1) to Pro accounts. Can we somehow update some basic accounts from pro account 2 that has available licensed paid (pro) accounts WITH leaving these accounts connected to account 1?Iwant to do it this way because I have already paid pro accounts but from account 2. At the same time, it is essential that these accounts we want to switch to PRO be connected to account 1 (that doesn't have more available pro accounts to add without paying).Maybe we can transfer somehow a few paid pro accounts from account 2 to account 1?Tha

Hi,I have a Zoom One Pro plan on annual billing cycle and required the Large Meeting add on for a couple of months. I was given a discount for 3 months of 50% on a MONTHLY BILLING CYCLE, (it says "subscription period monthly"). Now I want to cancel the add on. I've moved to a different country. When I try to change my billing address, I'm unable to do so. The error shown is "We are unable to update your billing country since it is ineligible for this currency" and I'm unable to change the currency as that is disabled.

Hi all. I was planning to cancel my subscription but forgot. Just realised that I purchased 1-year-long subscription through my Apple (152.99 GBP). Is there a way to get this money back? i have a big problem, i recived an invoice for a all year with an amount that is witout a copun , i reached to ZOOM BILLING Costumer Service to remove the invoice becouse i want to put the copun and downgrade the licenes.they told me to cancel the plane so i did but. the invoice is still want me to pay until all year. how can you help me?

After I graduated from university with a master's degree, I re-enrolled in a doctoral program. However, my university account and Zoom account are still marked as graduated, so I'm only getting the free 40-minute support. God afternoon, I tried resetting my password by following all the steps. When I finished it created a different account and now I can't access my previous accout. I have meetings scheduled and recoreded sessions in my previous accout. How do get access back? 

You are still charging me a subscription  on my credit card which I had cancelled years ago. I have tried everything but it is impossible .

I am a paid subscriber. I have a new computer my wife uses now. When we open Zoom on her computer, it always opens a non-subscriber account (with the limited meeting time).I have to then go through the painstaking steps of going to settings; opening up "Profile", edit profile, putting in email and password and all that. I do not need to do that on my own desktop (in the other room)How can I permanently save Zoom on her desktop using my paid subscriber account?Thank you
