I had to sign up for zoom to have a telehealth with the Cleveland Clinic.  It was communicated to me that the zoom account would be free.  I was charged $17.07 on April 15th.  How do I get this refunded and have the account cancelled?  I would be happy to have an account but intended to have the free version.  I will only use Zoom for virtual doctors visits and I do not want to pay $17.07 per month.

Hi @sbell44 ,

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please see the following article for cancellation instructions:

If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.

Cheers,
