I had intended to use the monthly payment plan but no longer need it, so I canceled it. Please process the cancellation of the card payment.

Zoom is a lier. They write about cooling-off period in their terms, but every time I ask them about this. They never answer me about this. They always close my ticket without helping me. If they don't have an intention to have cooling-off period, Why do they write12.9 in their term?-Does anyone have experience in fighting with zoom in the court?-They set me as a low priority customer and I want to fight for my stolen money. 12.9 Withdrawal; Cooling-Off Period. Contratei o plano mensal, porém em seguida mudei para o Plano anual. Além de cobrar os dois planos no meu cartão de crédito, ele não atualizou a licença para o plano anual e estou impedido de agendar Webinar para os próximos meses. Tenho urgência e não consigo contato com ninguém do zoom que não seja “virtual”.

2 days back I receive the zoom email about the refund of my all the subscriptions but I don't do anything about the refund I don't know why it's going from today my all the subscriptions are going I'm not able to use anything.  even I use the zoom dialer I don't have any excess of my Dailer

I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

I recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. zoomの解約方法についてです。今までプロプランを使用ていていましたが、不要となったためサブスクリプションの自動更新を停止し、アカウントを削除しようと思います。 プロプランのラサブスクリプションは停止し、現在支払いのステータス欄を見ると「自動更新は停止しました」と表示されています。次にアカウントプロフィールから「アカウントを終了します」を押したのですが、「アカウントを削除できません　このアカウントは有料アカウントです。アカウントを削除したい場合は、「請求」または「営業担当に連絡」に移動し、サブスクリプションをキャンセルしてください。」と表示されます。 再度「請求」に移動し確認しましたが、やはりサブスクリプションは自動更新は停止になっています。 どのようにすればアカウントを削除できますか。プロプランを使用できる日数が残っているのですが、その日数を過ぎてからでないと削除できないのでしょうか。

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.저는  계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 Zoom 구독 프로 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.해당 결제는 2025년 12월 04일  오후 1시 26분에 이루어졌으며, 쿠폰 사용에 대한 테스트로 1년 구독을 눌렀으나쿠폰 관 무관하게 바로 결제가 되어 버렸습니다.앞으로도 계속 사용중이니 부디 결제된 234,726 Won에 대해서는 환불 처리를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly.
