Hey @Livingstone, if you go to https://zoom.us/billing/report you can pay your bill or view your invoice. Are you receiving any specific errors when attempting to pay your bill?

Technical difficulties.  I enter my account and invoice numbers and it doesn’t proceed to the next page to pay.  I tried several times last week same problem.

 

Today it says no invoice.  This is a hi-tech company and low-tech response….. frustrating.
