I recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.

I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that the full amount be refunded.

    Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating. For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

     

    For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
