Hello,

I am writing to request a full refund for a recent automatic renewal charge.

Account Details:

  • Account Name: NDAC (Kwangwoon University)

  • Invoice Number: INV350973830

  • Transaction Date: April 22, 2026

  • Amount: $339.80

This renewal was unintentional, and I have not used the service since the renewal date. I would like to cancel the subscription and receive a full refund to my original payment method.

Please process this request as soon as possible and let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you,
