Unable to cancel my subscription: Ticket GRO452499
This company is a complete scam. It took them 30min to open my account but after 2 weeks and 40 emails and being transferred from team to team I am still unable to simply delete my account and have my card details removed from their website. Yesterday I complained to the Telecommunications Ombudsman and Fair Trading. I am at a loss as to why such a simple task is taking so long. I was billed $1.1 and asked what they cost was from and no one was able to explain what. So I paid it hoping that would allow my account to be cancelled. As a small business owner it should not be so hard to complete such a simple request and by not completing it you are wasting your staffs time having to respond to my request and my time and making me incredibly frustrated. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD details to to Zoom, they are a complete scam and should be avoided. I am giving you one final chance Zoom to do the right thing and delete my account and remove my card details and I will be happy to walk away peacefully from this nightmare and move on with my life. Otherwise I plan to leave a bad google review every day until my account is remove and to escalate this further with the Telecommunications Ombudsman and Fair Trading.
