Webinars

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to add the Meta Pixel tracking code to Zoom Events? I have set up a conference business in Germany and would like to use Meta Ads to drive traffic to the website. I do not necessarily need the tracking code for this, but I would like to define what a conversion event is and optimise the Meta Ads for this event type. Thank you for any solutions or workarounds. Kind regards, Claudio Marseglia

Hi community, we are running webinars Mo-Friday multiple times a day (during different times). These are currently set up as recurring weekly webinars, and all the dates are added manually every day. Nevertheless on our booking page old dates are still available to book. We don’t want to loose the data from these sessions so removing these seems not an option. Additionally, a time at 1pm comes automatically to the schedule even though it is not time we offer. How do we setup the booking page so that – only dates in the future are visible (preferably to block 60 minutes before webinar starts), not have to add all occurencies manually, and not having this 1pm sessions plop up randomly? Also, why doesn’t the booking page show day of week, and webinar duration? Can this be changed? Thank you in advance.

Attendees have been joining AI notetakers to our company webinars, and I am trying to prevent this from happening. I don't want to manual remove them during the live session. In the account settings I have blocked as domains Read.ai, Otter.ai. Do you have any recommendations?

What do I need to change in our settings, so that I can see the names of participants again?

Hi! My association is trying to test out webinar access on one of our accounts. Does anyone know if it's possible to get webinar capabilities as a sort of trial run for one time before purchasing? Thanks!

I have some webinars that need to be fixed. Their end date says Dec. 23, 2026, which is what I want, however, when I'm in the details tab then look at time, the occurrence(s) end date is Aug 20, 2026.

I am a Zoom Webinars Plus user (formerly Zoom Sessions).  I have a colleague from another organization (with their own account) who is setting up a Zoom Webinar (not plus) that my members are also invited to attend.  Is there a way for her to be able to add me as an alternative host only her webinar?  I wanted to help her with some of the branding details etc.  I don’t need/want access to their Zoom account administration.

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see the names of the participants in the Waiting Room?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room, but not who they are. We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs and our webinars are setup without registration, in case that makes a different. When I search Zoom support, I get conflicting information.  Thank you.

Hi, I'm having an issue viewing the attendees information during a live Webinar. I tried to turn on and off the feature, tries to reset all my setting it checks that i can view all but when I jump on live webinar the feature doesn't work. Also the chat feature, I can't see the chat of my clients during my zoom, i tried to turn on these setting but still no working. Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? I have a licensed account for up to 500 participants.

Is it possible in a webinar to have the Chat default be to All?  Right now, it defaults to Hosts and Panelists and attendees need to remember to change to All. We would like this reversed for webinars, the default is Chat comments are visible to all unless Hosts and Panelists is specifically chosen. Our attendees often forget to change the selection and so the discussion is being lost.

This is so frustrating. We bought a license but it doenst work and have to speak to a chatbot.

Hi! I published an App on the Zoom App Marketplace and I am looking for some feedback. It is an integration between OBS and Zoom. It allows you to add guests from Zoom as native sources in OBS.It also has Zoom Chat integration which I’ve been using particularly for webinars. It takes the Zoom Webinar Chat and puts it on my screen as a Twitch-style overlay. It also allows me to click on any Zoom message and pop it up on my screen. Great way to address comments and questions from chat during a webinar. Here is the demo video. https://youtu.be/aIfCPQiXx-QAnd here is the listing on the Zoom App Marketplace.https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/9ZWYWHNdRCSuI-9pFTuPJwAnd here is the github link for the OBS plugin.https://github.com/LetsDoVideo/feeds

I already have a hand-raised app which stops people from disrupting meetings and webinars with constantly raising and lowering their hands. After seeing a number of people posting about hand-raising situations, I will be looking to extend the app or create a new one to provide more support around hand-raising.Ideas so far.Track people who hand-raised into a list  Manage hand-raising Counting those who have raised hands and maybe yes/no too.Would love some feedback and use case ideas.I will push for Zoom to make these part of the core product, but I can do quite a lot building another workplace app.On the privacy side, we would only know users' screen names, not their personal information. All the best John DrinkwaterZoom Community Super ChampionI am not a Zoom Employeehttps://www.linkedin.com/in/johndrinkwaterlordzoom/https://www.youtube.com/@boomwithlordzoom

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wonder if anyone, particularly someone from Zoom, can speak to the issue of the overwhelming amount of webinar spam that's going out. It seems that some email addresses have been handed out to different marketers, and those marketers are regularly signing up people to Zoom conferences that they haven't asked for. Because of the way my system is set up, when I get a meeting request, it goes on to my calendar, and then I have to deal with it. Sometimes, I just get an email saying that the webinar is starting, and it's all junk. I've requested several times to have my name removed from the list. I don't want to be removed from all webinars because I do have to attend them as part of my work, but I'm absolutely fed up with the amount of webinar spam that I'm getting through Zoom. I think it's not just bad for the companies that are producing this spam but it's also bad for Zoom as a brand.

I created a webinar but it is not showing up on my Outlook calendar. It does appear on my Zoom calendar. The location shows a registration link instead of the actual meeting link. The meeting link is in the body of Zoom calendar invite. Is this my personal meeting link or can anyone host or panelist click this link to join a practice session?

Hi All,  I have prepared the follow up e-mails and added the link to deck and the recordings. But recipients got only the default side drafted by Zoom but not the links. I tried to sent he preview e-mail to myself, and I got the the links. Can anyone help me to solve the issue if you had it already.  ThanksFergul

My webinar plan ended a few days ago and the 2-day webinar was last week. I’m looking for reports and analytics for the 2 webinars.I cannot access the analytics and reports because the plan ended, but the message on the analytics page says:Your Zoom Webinar 300 will be canceled on Jun 13, 2026. By the date, you can reactivate your webinar licenses. From Jun 13 - Jul 13, you can contact customer support to get existing Webinars' reports. After Jul 13, 2026, you will lose all your account's Webinars' data. However I cannot access any live help, only the AI agent, so cannot request the analytics and reports. How can I request the reports from a live agent to send me the reports and analytics? Thanks

I am using Webinar and want to disable the raise hand feature (no one else can raise hand) but to keep the hands raised until the Host puts the hand down. It used to be a “workaround” but isn’t working. I manage public meetings and this is a feature that makes Zoom unusable for our city council meetings.

Hello everyone.I have two important questions regarding the creation of my event. Is the registration landing page SEO friendly on google? and Can I create a SEA campaign easiest 1-2 week beforeI have a domain name that will redirect to the registration landing page. If I insert UTMs in my link for tracking, will this tracking be lost when the site changes url?for example :  domainwww.miaouwouf.comLanding pagewww.zoom.com/miaouwouf-events/registration I have to create 3 linkswww.miaouwouf.com?utm_campaign=&utm_source=press&utm_medium=Display&utm_content=bannerwww.miaouwouf.com?utm_campaign=&utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=Organic&utm_content=postwww.miaouwouf.com?utm_campaign=&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=QR Code&utm_content=flyer  or do I create 3 bitly links (for example) that redirect to each link with the UTMs that end on the registration page?

I was the host of a webinar where the Interpretation feature was enabled for Spanish. One of my colleagues was recording the session locally on her computer (not to the cloud) while listening to the Spanish interpretation channel as a guest participant.During the webinar, there was an issue related to the VPN connection on her work computer. Although she remained in the session, the local recording stopped unexpectedly. Once she noticed the issue, she manually started the recording again.Unfortunately, only the second part of the recording was saved, and we appear to have lost approximately one hour from the beginning of the webinar. We would like to know whether there is any way to recover the missing portion of the local recording. Is it possible that temporary recording files were created and could still be recovered, or are there any troubleshooting steps you would recommend?

Please help me connect to the Belen meeting

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap JVC ones with a lead which I plug into the audio socket on the laptop (there’s no microphone socket, so no chance of me putting it in the wrong one by mistake). Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workspace, so it must be the latest version. I have looked through all the Audio settings, nothing seems to be incorrect (and the microphone is enabled by default). I would like to buy some new Bluetooth headphones, but I am frightened that after spending money I will still have the same problem.

Is anyone else seeing this message “This webinar has reached the maximum allowed share sound sessions” when trying to share over another person who is already sharing with sound? This seems new to 7.0.0 They only solution we found was to stop sharing sound on the shared then overtake with screen share, or have sound off on overtaking device then turn on sound once shared. It’s doable but not ideal for our workflow.

I am aware of how to embed the current iframe registration page. However, it does not work well with our site style. Event updating the branding style of the registration page does not look right. Is there any way to seamlessly embed the registration form stripped of Zoom branding with custom fonts to match our site style? We use Cognito forms for other form registrations, and it works perfectly, matching our style, minus a slight change in font, which is easy to live with.  For reference, we have the pro 1 account with only 1 host, so it seems like we might be limited.
