Solved

My company was recently acquired, and I am wondering if there is a way of transferring all of the user data from my company account to our new parent company account. Ideally, we would like to save all meeting history and recordings, but need to cancel our subscription because it is duplicative to our parent company's account. I know there is an option to transfer all user data to another user within your org before the user is deleted. I'm wondering if there is any similar migration process for all company data between Zoom orgs. Thank you!

I cancelled my pro subscription last year, a full year agoand this year zoom again withdraw a pro amount of money from my creditcard without consent!

Linux Zoom client up to 5.15.12 worked fine on Linux Mint XFCE using the screen scaling XFCE provides for 4K monitors.  Version 5.16.0 now shows up VERY big and the usual fixes of adjusting zoomus.conf values of AutoScale and ScaleFactor will not make it any smaller.  ScaleFactor will make it bigger still.  If ScaleFactor would accept a fractional value (like 0.5) the issue would be addressed.  It only appears to accept integers. Something changed between 5.15.12 and 5.16.0 that has broken the image size.  I've been waiting for a subsequent update to address this, but nothing so far. Suggestions?

I have made payment for plan.Amount 1624 deducted.A mandate is also set.  No invoice generated. Tried logging out from  all devices and log back in. Two support tickets already created no response on them.  What kind of support does zoom really have. Frustrated

I have a user who wants to make calls from certain area codes depending on who he is calling (he is a Business Development Representative). Can I assign multiple phone numbers to a single user?

I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?

I'm having trouble hearing audio in videos shared in Zoom Meetings. I have an Acer Nitro V15 notebook, model ANV15 - 51 - 58AZ, Windows 11, using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.12. However, this problem with the audio has been happening for several versions now.The problem is when someone shares a video on Zoom and it has audio, the music contained in the video is automatically cancelled, as if it were noise cancellation. Only the voice contained in the video, whether spoken or sung, that can be heard.I've already checked audio processing settings on my notebook, and removed them all, but the problem continues. I updated zoom to the latest version, tested previous versions, but nothing changed. I looked here on the forum and saw that in one case they asked the host to remove the noise cancellation option in the audio settings if it had it. I made this modification, but I still have the problem.I've also heard from some friends who use Zoom that this problem happened specifically on other n

On Monday 29th September 2025, at least five institutions in Finland, as well as some institutions in Norway and Iceland have faced "Warning. The instructors email is invalid(2216). Error Code 2216 - int_edu_{institution specific numbers}" when trying to access Zoom via Moodle LMS as the Moodle instructor role user. This prevents instructors, typically university teachers using Zoom the way they are used to. In addition to this, institution admins are facing "Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again." when trying to configure LTI Pro settings, which are unexpectedly empty. No problems on Friday 26th September 2025. The issue started on Monday or during the weekend.Norway and Iceland reports mention this error occurring also in Canvas LMS integrations. However, there are institutions who use Zoom LTI Pro and Moodle LMS who are not affected by this issue. We have checked that Moodle site > Site administration > Plugins > Act

I have tried to disable the virtual background on my apple laptop. The "none" button is highlighted but the background remains. I can blur the background, but I cannot remove it. I have the basic package. I have used the virtual agent and read all the instructions. None of them have solved this issue.

My video has been configured to mirror. And I can see the mirroring while the meeting is ongoing. But once it ends and the recording is downloaded, the recorded file doesn't have mirroring. I have a Macbook Air M3. Is there a solution to this?

I have the desktop app, version 6.5.7 installed on my Mac (M1 running Sequoia 15.5) and have a Focusrite 4i4 Audio Interface connected to it. When I go to test my speakers, I hear audio over the speakers connected to my Audio Interface. However, when I go to test my microphone, no signal is detected. I've tried selecting my interface, the mic in my monitor, using the mics on my two iPhones, nothing works. If I log into Zoom using my browser, and select my audio interface, the mic is detected as are all the mics on my system. You would think that this is a simple permissions issue, except that I've granted the Zoom app the necessary permissions to use the microphones. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, doing a complete reboot but nothing I try lets the mics work through the app. Anyone experienced this or know what the issue might be?

Hi. My preferred pronouns have changed and I am unable to edit them. When I look at my profile in the app I can see my pronouns listed but when I click to change them nothing happens. I am able to edit my screen name so the app is otherwise working. I have checked and I'm definitely on the latest version of the software. I can unshare them, but I don't *want* to unshare them, I want them to be there but correct 😞  On android phone but I've also tried on my laptop. No error messages, just, nothing happens.  Hope someone can help!

Previously when scheduling a meeting, there were fields to enter the time of the meeting, ie, 7pm to 9pm.  Within the past month when scheduling a meeting, there are no fields to enter the specific meeting time.  The invite template just shows the date fields.  Is there something I'm missing or has the invite window changed?   Thanks

Hi all,I'm wondering if it is possible to record each participant's camera as a seperate video and audio file, as well as recording the group screen as a sperate video file too?  Or can you only get the multi screen recording? Thanks in advance for your help!

I have had a workplace pro account for several years as I am a counsellor and need one hour sessions with my clients. My laptop was recently corrupted with a virus so I had to use my husband's laptop and signed into Zoom using my sign in details.  It didn't recognise that I had a workplace pro account,  only gave me a basic free account.  My laptop is now back and repaired.  I have downloaded the Zoom app again,  signed in and again only recognised me as a basic free account! My subscription runs out today and Zoom US are trying to take out the money for this year. I am not happy about this as I cannot get my account up and running again yet will be paying for something I don't have. The Zoom support through the portal is complicated and rubbish as the virtual assistants do not understand your problem and the FAQs don't have my exact problem. I tried calling  Zoom but as my account is only recognised as basic free, I am not entitled to support from a human

I'm on an annual subscription to Zoom, and I'm going to use the webinar only for 1 month and cancel it after paying monthly for the webinar only, is it possible? The unsubscribe button on Zoom doesn't work and I asked to contact Zoom, but they said no. Does anyone know why?

I used the Zoom Outlook Plugin to schedule a meeting. Before the meeting took place, I moved the meeting time till later that day. Once I hit the Send Update button, this message popped up "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation" (see attached screenshot). So, now the meeting no longer has the agenda text (event description) that I had originally included (so that attendees would know what the meeting was about).   Any ideas on why this happens and more importantly how to prevent it in the future?   FYI, this happened to me with a previous rescheduled meeting too and I've been searching around for this Plugin message without success.

since i got a new lap top when ever i share screen & record, it records black boxes over my slides (like the shaddow of any notification boxes or the box that my face is in. they dont go away. how can i fix this. ive tried the support chat of the auto ai response which says try video rendering changes in settings but nothing seems to make a difference

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions. I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over. So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything? I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions. Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over? Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide!

I received an invite and the email says I have to "view invitation in 10 days". Just wanted to confirm, is this link malicious? https://zooommeetiing.com.es/

Hey everyone, I’m trying to capture Zoom’s post-quantum TLS traffic with Wireshark, but so far I haven’t had success. Setup:Windows computer hosting the meeting (E2EE enabled).Another Windows device acting as an access point (via hotspot).Pixel 8 running the latest Android version, connected to that access point.Wireshark is capturing traffic on the access point’s interface. What I tried:Started a meeting on the Windows host.Joined the same meeting with the Pixel 8 through the access point.Captured all traffic and checked the TLS ClientHello/ServerHello messages.Result:All Zoom TLS traffic appears to be non-PQC.However, the in-meeting green shield does show “Post-Quantum End-to-End Encryption.”Additional info:Both desktop and Android Zoom apps are up to date (Desktop version - 6.6.0, Android version - 6.5.12.33008).Tried both when host and client are on the same access point and when they’re not. Am I missing something in how PQC is negotiated, or is there another w

I have an older laptop with Windows 10 (which for some reason can't be upgraded to Windows 11).  I take voice lessons via Zoom and lately my teacher can't hear my high notes.  I tested them under my Zoom settings and sure enough, nothing after certain pitches, so it's definitely a clipping problem.  First, what can I do?  And secondly, if it is solveable, could I get specific steps to solve the problem?  Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a 3 month old ASUS 15 OLED X1505ZA laptop. Good Spec. No problems with speakers when using Youtube. But the laptop speakers or any other speakers simply won't work with Zoom. Doing Test Speaker doesn't work, it maybe plays for 0.5 second before cutting out or may play but incredibly quiet. I have checked volume levels. I even went to see if some new drivers would work for audio components, makes no difference.I work in tech so am not computer illiterate, but I am baffled by this.Any ideas? Thanks.I've tried the following suggestions but with no luck.Update drivers: Go to Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Right-click your audio device → Update driver.Check Zoom audio settings: In Zoom, go to Settings → Audio → Speaker/Microphone, and test each device. Disable “Automatically adjust microphone volume.”Set default audio device: Right-click the speaker icon → Sound settings → Output/Input, and set your main device as default.Disable audio enhancements: Right-cl
