Solved

I have a question about capturing the participation time of ZOOM webinar attendees. We will be directing ZOOM webinar attendees to an external survey form where they will be given a confirmation test on the webinar content. We would like to include the time spent on the webinar in the results. We would like to retrieve the webinar information via API, but is it possible to retrieve the webinar participation time from the ZOOM ID?If you have any documentation such as a list of information that can be retrieved, it would be appreciated.  The flow I am envisioning is as follows (1) Webinar will be held on ZOOM.(2) Direct the ZOOM webinar attendees to the confirmation test form.(3) Ask them to enter their ZOOM ID in the form.(4) Ask them to answer the confirmation test.(5) After the confirmation test, output the test results to CSV for tallying (we want to add the ZOOM participation time to this CSV).(7) Judge the completion result based on the results of the confi

I would like to change the name of several registered people in my webinar. Another question. Can´t I remove a denied enrollee? Thanks

my laptop died before Zoom was able to download the recorded session to my laptop. How do I retrieve the file?thanks

Today - 28th of December I had to break few lessons with my pupils because zoom was not usable - video and audio problems. Lost money because of that. It happened in the morning and in the evening again. Any others had this problem? I tried with other internet connection - the same result.  Any idea? If it happens one day more, i am going to leave zoom because only today I lost money with it.

Every time I join a call - even ones I've setup - I have to choose the video filter again.  My choice is never saved. Any ideas why or how to fix this?

I need to display different content or run a different app in each breakout room.  Is this possible?

Can an invitee start a Zoom that I scheduled on my account?

When I edit a meeting scheduled as recurring in my zoom-destop-app to change some settings the meeting is changed to a none-recurring meeting. Why this?

We're a very small organization and have a paid pro plan whose owner is ***********.  When I run a Zoom meeting, I log into Zoom as ***********.     We also have someone, call her Mary, who's Gmail account is somehow "associated" with our paid paid.  Mary wanted to buy her own paid plan but when she went to buy it got a message that she was already on a paid plan, that the administrator was *********** and that she'd have to "disassociate" from it (see attached screen shot).    We've never seen this message and Mary isn't even sure how her Gmail was "associated."   We don't even know what it means to be "associated" and want to make sure that her disassociating from it won't break anything, in other words, that I will still be able to log in as *********** and do everything I need to do.,

HI,For the account I'm managing we have Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) for all the users.Accounts are created automatically through SSO at first sign-in.How could I automatically assign the Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) feature ?Currently it is a manual process, on a monthly basis export the list of users, identify those without the feature and assign through bulk import. + manual assignement based on tickets created by the end-users.ThanksJM

This setting is available to Pro account holders but I cannot find the setting for Basic account holders. The setting is of paramount importance when setting-up the Save Video Order feature in 5.9.0. The setting to enable the Save Video Order is available, but turning it on is pointless if the Authentication cannot be enabled, as Authentication is a prerequisite of using Save Video Order. Is the Save Video Order feature available to Basic account holders when Hosting a meeting?

I recently received an invitation to a Zoom Meeting entitled "Placeholder".Please tell me what this means?  I'm thinking I have been invited but cannot interact.   Quite puzzled Thank you

Since yesterday I am not able to schedule meetings anymore. My account is still active. The problem is :  I cannot fill in the date.Somebody knows a solution?

In this new version I should be able to Save Video Order in a modified Gallery View.   As per:Saving a custom gallery view orderStart a meeting as the host. Set a custom gallery order for your meetingClick View Click Save Video Order. This custom gallery view will be saved and be available for other meetings in this series. Notes:Only one custom gallery view order can be saved for each meeting series. Arrangements can be updated and saved again, which replaces the existing arrangement with the new. Loading a custom gallery view orderStart a meeting as the host. Click View Click Load Video Order. The underlined menu options do not appear in the Vie Menu.I have enabled the feature in the online settings. It may be that as I use a Personal Meeting ID that this feature does not work, but the guidance on the help page does not state this.Anyone else tried this??

Hi, We had an event with professional musicians. Some used external mics, and some did not. We did a sound check with each of them, and during the sound check the sound quality of music  (voice and instruments, using Orignal Sound) was impeccable. Then the meeting began, with 78 participants, and in the cases of those who did not have external mics but used the computer’s mic, the bars on their internet went to yellow or red, and we had dreadful sound. A few singers were on phones, with ear buds and mics, and their quality was terrific. I wonder if it was due to my own internet connection. I started the meeting, but because I don’t have the best internet, I transferred the hosting to someone with excellent internet. Whose bandwidth controls the quality? The person who started? The current host? The performer themselves? Any ideas would be helpful before our next event. Thank you.

Hi, Zoom seems to force a waiting room for users when they join a meeting using "Personal Meeting ID". I deselected the "Personal Meeting ID" and selected "Passcode" option when creating a Meeting with "Personal Meeting ID" but the system still forces the waiting room onto the users. How can we use the "Personal Meeting ID" without having a waiting room?

Hi!I will not be needing to use webinars for several months so I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription (for a while at least). Could you tell me if I will loose all the info on the platform from my previous webinars (registered participants, their answer to surveys/questionnaires...)? I guess if that is the case, I just have to make sure I download everything first.I'm keeping my Meeting subscription, by the way. Just thinking of cancelling Webinars. Thanks in advance for your help.Best wishes, Nathalie

Hi Folks, I think there's an assumption that this group (Chat) is intended for general chat in the Community - but in fact (I believe) it is supposed to be for discussion about the Zoom Chat product (the Chat platform within Zoom itself). How can we clarify this? Rupert

Can't get full screen on monitor.  Window is reduced.

Hi Folks,   I was very excited to see the announcement of Zoom's Acquisition of Liminal today. Hi this is my second day using Zoom so do not really know what I am doing. I have had 3 successful meetings but realised I needed a second license so that someone else can do Zoom calls at the same time as me. I have added another License but how do I go about adding the user and do they then need to log in to Zoom with their own email and password?  TIA

Hi, I have an Intune LOB MSI setup with:/quiet /norestart ZoomAutoUpdate="true" ZConfig="EnableSilentAutoUpdate=1;ZoomAutoStart=1" I added ZoomAutoStart after I first deployed though. I've since pushed a few updated MSIs and they deployed okay, but the ZoomAutoStart setting isn't taking effect. Zoom isn't starting on boot. Are the config options only applied if it's the first time installing? Cheers.

Hi there,I recently recorded a meeting to the cloud and now need to be able to save and then share the audio only file for training purposes.  I have done this in the past but now I can only listen to the file on my computer.  I seem to be able to share the video but not the audio.  Attached is a screenshot of my recording.  It's the top file (coaching conversation) that I need.  I have tried googling but nothing has worked. I would be so grateful if someone is able to help.
