Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions. Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo. This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session. The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking. The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Please help in diagnosing and resolving this issue to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees in the future. I've looked at other articles on audio feedback resulting from a second device picking up sound but per the webinar host this wasn't the issue.

We are holding a virtual event and sending out meeting invites on email. We are getting an upgraded account, which allows us to have up to 1,000 attendees.  I'm not sure as to whether any meeting links we set up pre-upgrade (on a non PRO Zoom licence), will be affected by the upgrade?  We won’t be able to make any amends to the links once they’re set up and comms have gone out. I'm also not sure whether there is anything you can do on a PRO licence, that you can’t do with a non PRO licence? I know that not being cut off after 45 mins is one benefit. But wasn’t sure if there was anything else that the non PRO/not upgraded account wouldn’t have access to, and therefore could cause issues with the meeting links at a later date? Essentially, I want to ensure that if we set meeting links up in a non PRO Zoom account, that when the account is upgraded, then that automatically gets added to the existing Zoom account, and any existing meeting links are also upgraded automat

Hi everyone, I am new to Zoom rooms and I need some help.We have a zoom room with an ipad controller. If I want my team to join in I have to add them. Can I rather create a recurring meeting and everyone can join automatically? Will that not be better?Any other suggestions? ThanksTheresa

Hello, I am trying to find out if there is a way for co-hosts to set others in the meeting as co-hosts. Thanks for the support!

So zoom switch invite email format in my account and for it now only list deleted and updated dates in my meeting invitation to my clients. The meeting invite use to only include the actual dates and times for my meetings for the month for each client, never the behind the scene changes. This new format looks so unprofessional, is extremely confusing and time consuming  because now I have to go into the email of each of my clients and remove all the deletes and updated changes and then type in the actual dates of the meetings. It is even worst now that I can't add extra sessions to my recurring schedule, so there are a lot of deleted sessions showing up just to get the meetings for the month scheduled. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to go back to the old formatting when sending out their email meeting invites? So far I haven't received any response from submitting a ticket for help.

Hello,We are experiencing an issue during Zoom meetings where the video gallery or participant window blocks part of the shared screen content, as shown in the attached image. This makes it difficult for participants to view the full presentation. We are using Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.2.0) on Windows 11 OS.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all participants can see the content without obstruction?Thank you for your assistance.

I run Zoom version 5.17.1 (18472) on a Blackview Android tablet running Android 12. When I'm in a Zoom meeting on the tablet, I have to plug in headphones; when I try to use a Bluetooth headset, there's no sound. I am able to play music on the tablet and use the Bluetooth, but not Zoom. What am I doing wrong?

Designing my first single-choice poll for a meeting I am to host.   Meeting will have at least two participants who will be phoning in.  What audio sequence will the phone-in participants hear when the poll is launched (I want to be able to brief them in advance)?

Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? Please help

Whenever I see myself on the camera in zoom meeting I suddenly disappear every time I make any kind of move, like move my head or hands I completely disappear from screen and then reappear.  If I sit completely still and don't move an inch it's fine.  I need to be able to move and not disappear when I'm having a client session.

First time porting in Zoom. My clients invoice comes from Ring Central.  Once I put the numbers in, it obviously splits them up between the underlying carriers (3 that are not ring central). It is asking me for the acct info for each carrier.  Do I put the ring central info in all 3 spots?

"I'm having the same issue exactly as described. Android Zoom app refuses to send audio to any bluetooth speaker that doesn't have a microphone. It would be much better if I could listen to presentations, large group meetings, etc. via an external speaker which can achieve much higher volume than my phone device can." I am using ipad7 and android phone. And my speaker is Britz bluetooth speaker. How may I solve this problem?

I cannot find my meeting recording on my IMAC. Help

Is there a way to make registration OPTIONAL for meetings? I would like to offer participants the option of registering (as a sort of "RSVP" system), but still allow people to join last minute if they are so inclined. Is this possible?

I'm trying to get a ticket ID for my integration with HubSpot for a Zoom Sessions event that already exists, but no Ticketing tab is showing up under Registration & Join. I have a Zoom Sessions Unlimited license so I should have permissions for it. Why isn't the ticketing tab appearing? TIA

Zooms definition of one month for webinar reporting purposes is INACCURATE. It says you can go back one month. Today is December 5th. I need to pull a webinar attendance report for November 15th. It doesn't show up. Zooms definition of one month appears to be 19 days

Hello! After the Zoom update it seems the interface has changed quite a bit and there are fewer available settings. For example, I cannot rotate my camera in 90 degree increments anymore, which used to be an option in video settings when hovering over the video preview. As a result, my document camera projects the image upside down and I no longer have a way to correct this in Zoom. I checked the article on Zoom's website already on Manually Rotating Camera which no longer applies because it was last updated in March 2022...but the updates happened after that. Any advice?

I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I used with previous version of Zoom meetings and on Windows 10 with no problems, but I have been having a hard time getting them to function as the speaker and microphone in Zoom. Pertinent System Information:Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 8OS: Windows 11 Home Edition 64-bitZoom meetings version: 5.9.1 (newest available)The headphones are recognized by Zoom meetings and are available in the drop-down menus in the Audio settings. I have also tried using the "Same as system" and "Bluetooth Headphones" options for both the speaker and microphone functions and have not been able to get them to operate correctly. The headphones do work fine with multiple other apps on my tablet, so  believe it is a Zoom meetings issue that is precluding my usage of the headphones. I have tried the following things so far to try to get these to work:Updated Zoom meetings to the latest version for Windows 11 64-bit OSUpdated all Bluetooth dri

Hey team, I went to open a locally recorded meeting and it is showing as a mp4.tmp file. Not a conversion issue. The audio is fine. Any ideas? Thanks

When I am in a Zoom meeting and press lower case x then the video automatically starts, how can I stop this from happening?I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise v22H2; Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.2.3 (47507). I'm also using Open-Shell (so menus and look is on a previous Windows), but I can't see how this would affect things as no short cut keys.I haven't had this with other programmes.

Hi Team,We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users. It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.

Hi,  I want to be able to add the chat to the recordings, so what people are chatting about is visible in the recordings when watched back Is that possible? And is it possible to edit recordings to add them? Thanks

When I share my screen using Zoom, my screen displays pink vertical lines. This only happens during screen sharing, and when I share the screen of an external display connected to my laptop. It doesn't happen with the main display. This issue occurs only during Zoom screen sharing and not when using Microsoft Teams.
