I create meetings for users using the APIPOST /users/{userId}/meetingsand everything works fine.BUT! I can't find information how I can add this event to the screen in my zoom room (add meeting for room)I only found information abouthttps://api.zoom.us/v2/rooms/{roomId}/meetingsBut this only works with the outdated JWT authorisation.Please help!

So I just noticed recently that our Zoom Room controller could make outgoing calls (we also have Zoom Phones setup). I looked at the dashboard in the Phones System Management->Users & Rooms->Zoom Rooms and the package assigned to it is "Zoom Room Common Area" which says we can do extension to extension calling, metered outbound calls and basic phone features. But I can't google-foo my way to find what the outgoing calling rate is for this package. Does anyone know the link? BTW I am in Australia so AUD please.RegardsDamien

When entering a product support  zoom workplace, I get transferred to a breakout room to meet with a support team member.  I'm staying in the Zoom Workplace environment instead of being transferred to my Zoom app.  This is needed so I can share my screen.  They say it is a setting in my setup.  What is the setting and where do I find it to enable my automatic transfer to my Zoom app when entering a breakout room?  

My colleague and I are in charge of running webinars for our organisation. Our organisation has a Pro account, and we are both Workplace Pro users on this account. If I set up a webinar via my account, is there a way for my colleague to be able to collaborate on the setting up of this webinar via her account? For example, update the description, manage registrations, access the reports and the recording? We understand the Co-Host aspect which is useful for the actual running of the webinar, but would like to collaborate more on the pre and post event aspects of this.

After an email engagement comes into the ZCC and assigned to an agent, is there a way for the agent to transfer the engagement to another agent that is currently in a not ready status i.e. on a call, in a zoom meeting, offline, etcCan transfer if the agent is in a ready state, but if the agent is in the not ready they are greyed out and can't be selected. the policy on the queue is set to transfer to all agents and queues 

Hi all, I am seeking a little clarification as I have been stuck on an issue since MarchI have a Zoom Business account with 10 licenses that I use for my organisation.Back in March 2024, we wanted to try some production tools using Zoom Rooms. We subscribed for the monthly Zoom Room plan. Thinking that it was a monthly plan and not an annual plan, we thought we could cancel it once our event was done.When we submitted our request to cancel the subscription, we were told by the renewals manager that we are unable to cancel the monthly plan as the Zoom Room was purchased with our Zoom Business account and therefore we had to continue the monthly subscription until our Zoom Business subscription ends.I find this pretty strange as to why it's called a monthly subscription, but you're forced to continue the subscription for a whole year.Here's the most disappointing thing...Our Zoom Business license ju

There was a recording downloading and I save to my desktop as I always to but today the recording was about a second long and did not record the whole two hour meeting. I need that recording.

 I am experiencing an issue with the Zoom Video SDK in my React.js project. The problem occurs specifically in Safari (MacOS) and Firefox browsers. While the video for other participants renders correctly, the self-participant's video is not displayed in these browsers. Here are some key details about the issue:Browsers Affected: Safari (MacOS) and Firefox.Behavior:a. Hello,  We are using a Newcloud.Media account to post when visitors show up to our location.  This integrates with our Zoom Room via showing a website which updates every 10 minutes.  The issue we have is that sometimes this update takes HOURS to happen.  Typically more than 2-4 hours to display an update to this site that shows when a visitor is coming.  We have tried adding the website in twice to force it to update every 10 minutes- but when you publish the change, it still does not occur at a reasonable time.  We want to be able to add when a visitor is coming with it updating at a much faster rate - especially if we want to welcome a visitor and it is less than a 2-4 hour notice. Does anyone have this issue and know what may be blocking this digital signage room to update at a reasonable time?  Any help would be appreciated.  Again, it is a site that is being updated via newcloud.media&n

Hi there,tearing my hair out as I try to book in some consultations with a team using @schduler.   .  Settings seem to have changed so that it is showing availability when I already have meetings booked. this is even though I have my outlook calendar linked (and meetings show in my Zoom calendar). Also I can't book more than a week ahead and block out times that aren't available either. Looking forward to your thoughts.   @SchedulerMaster

Hi community, thank you for this space. Recently I've got a new laptop (Dell) with these specs:- Intel(R) Core(TM) 7 150U- Intel Graphics Controller- NVIDIA GeForce MX570 A- Logitech Webcam C920e And OS info:- Debian Linux Sid (Kernel 6.12.17)- XFCE UI (Not Wayland) Zoom version: 6.3.11 (7212) The problem is that I can't enable virtual backgrounds. I don't have a plain background or wall, so I can't use the green screen feature. Note that I can use virtual background on MS Teams and Google Meet, and I can blur on Slack. I can provide logs or more info, if required. But I also wonder if this processor is supported for this feature. Thank you in advance.

We recently changed computers but the audio in Zoom is heard very low, we have already raised the volume of the bar in the Zoom settings but it is still heard very low, in other applications such as Teams we have no problems.

Hi, I live remote from a non-profit group I belong to.  There are monthly meetings in a conference room setting.  The leader of the group is the Zoom Host, with her laptop.  I am the only one dialing into Zoom. Except for the Host, I cannot clearly hear anyone speaking.  It is muffled, and most words are undiscernible...how can this be corrected so my meeting experience is more productive? Thank you, Beth

Hi, I'm on Pavilion laptop with Windows 11 24H2. All of a sudden, my speakers are not working for Zoom, but they work for everything else. When I do a speaker test, the bar is flashing as normal to show that it is making sound, but nothing comes out of the speakers. I uninstalled and re-installed the app a few times, even removed FXSound sound enhancement, but I am still not getting any sound out.  Mic and camera work fine. Has anyone got any suggestions please? TIA

I’ve noticed that my face is quite asymmetrical, and I recently realized that my students may have been seeing me in a way I find unflattering. I assumed that clicking the 'Mirror My Video' button would fix this, but I’ve now realized that it didn’t work as I thought. I’m looking for a real solution to this problem, or I might consider unsubscribing and switching back to Google Meet.

Can I have 200 participants on Zoom A large meeting license—depending on the license— allows up to 500 or 1000 participants to attend a Zoom meeting. The owner or the admin of the account can add this feature for Licensed users, and it can be subscribed to on a monthly or annual.

All users are assigned an 'Enterprise Essentials' licence when they login to Zoom for the first time, which is supposed to be for staff only as we have a limited number. I would like to have all users assigned an 'Enterprise Student' licence by default when they login to Zoom for the first time - is this possible to achieve within the Zoom admin console settings? Thanks,Anthony
