Hello, I am experiencing a weird issue with the notifications on the Windows Desktop app regarding caller id notifications. So, when the pop-up shows up on screen it is only showing the caller phone number but not the caller id name. It used to show the caller id name in the past but has not for at least the last month or two. The caller id name does show up in the call history though. We have another user, and they receive the name in the notification just fine. Plus, I receive the caller id name in the mobile app notification.  I am the account admin and have not made any changes to the account settings in the past several months.  I have also reinstalled the program on computer to see if that would solve the problem but has not. Both users are on the same version of the program. Any insight would be great on how to resolve this issue. Thank You

Hi,I purchased a poly e550 for testing with zoom phone. When I park a call, it announces the park number several times. Is there a way to completely disable the announcement? or better yet, I would like to have the call go to park without needing to hang up the phone . Thanks

When we transfer calls the Caller ID of the person transferring shows instead of who is actually calling?  How do we change this?

Hi, if anyone knows how to get Zoom to respond to client service tickets, please let me know.  I've sent a few tickets over the last month that have been ignored.  My understanding is that Zoom phone supports importing of existing numbers, yet despite following instructions I have been unable to.  

I have an Auto Receptionist setup as a basic Call Tree: Opt 1 sales, opt 2 support etc. During after business hours we want the support calls to go to an external 800 number, i.e. +18005551234. When dialing the extension afterhours to have the caller be forwarded to the External Contact, instead Zoom says "The caller you're trying to reach is unavailable, good bye" and hangs up the phone. We cannot figure out why this is happening. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Hello, i am trying to sign up for the zoom phone and when i go to payment, it start to process but then gives error message as shown below. I have used different types of payment method also but still the same error comes up.  An error has occurred and we are unable to complete your purchase. Hi,Working my way through setup. My calls come to auto receptionist then get sent to one of two call queues depending on time of day. One issue I have is that when the call is coming through both on the handset (poly e550) and the desktop app, it only shows the phone number and instead of the name it shows "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number. The system knows the name as it is displayed correctly in the call history (on desktop app, in the phone under recent calls it still indicates "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number). The voicemail(in the desktop app and email) also properly indicates the name. We need to be able to see who is calling. Any way to make this happen?

We're a startup company and we've been trying to get ZP service. There was an error when we were trying to add it and we've been going around in circles to finalise this. Can someone please help! "You don't have subscription yet"

After a terrible ordeal with porting my number, it is finally completed. But all calls go straight to voicemail. I cannot figure out from the chat or instructions how to receive calls. Ideally, I'd like all call to forward to my cell phone to answer it directly.  I set up 3rd party number (my cell) in several locations and the most recent I tried said it can't go to 3rd party numbers. It is just me. I have a Pro account.

Okay, chatbot failed miserably. When I answer or make calls on my laptop using my AirPods the called person cannot hear me. When I delete Zoom and all its files, my calls can be heard just fine. When I reinstall, the receiver is again not able to hear me at all. The Audio Codecs are seizing control of my AirPods volume and making them useless when Zoom is loaded on my device. What ya' got for me? Hope a real live person can help. My work requires I use Zoom or I wouldn't. FaceTime works just as good for me. 

We are currently not able to see the inbound caller ID information from individuals outside of our system.  We are seeing "Wireless Caller", but do not receive the phone number or potential name for the caller.  This occurs even when we are logged into the Zoom app on our phones.   Is there any correction that can be made on our side?

Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from our current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones likey cisco 9861 or poly e550. \1) Can I set a BLF button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours for the auto attendant? We often stay late or arrive early and want the ability to answer calls. Is there another easy way to accomplish this?2) I have two employees who work from home on occasion. Can I setup two phones for each of those users without paying an additional monthly fee? As I understand it, a user can have 3 devices - just confirming. We will all share a single number.3) I currently have workplace pro that I use just for zoom meetings. I see I can mix and match plans. So could I buy the 15 unlimited plan for 3 employees then the pro plus for myself to add zoom meetings capability?4) Can I create 4 park locations. For example, 70, 71, 72, 73 then easily park a call in tha

Considering the Cisco 9861. I looked through the feature list provided by  zoom. I see that aim call parking and group call pickup are not available on the cisco 9800 series. Any idea when/if they are coming? To clarify, aim call parking allows a blf key to be used to park a call and then another can retrieve it. With respect to group call pickup, if it is not supported, does this mean that these phones cannot answer a call the rings to a group? Thanks

My Zoom phone has stopped showing the name of the person who is calling and instead just says "For (my name)" and shows their number. How do I go back to seeing the name of the caller so I can avoid people? &#x1f605

Hello,i have a plan that includes a phone feature.To get a phone number, Zoom requires me to enter a company address — but I’m a private individual.Where in my Zoom profile can I change the setting so that my account is not registered as a company?Many thanks!

I just found zoom fax today and very happy about it. When setting up cover pages it looks like fields can be dynamic base on the sender's user record. However when we tested it only the sender name and fax number automatically populated along with the recipient fax number. Does the system support automatically populating sender company, sender address, and sender phone number? If so, where do we need to update user profile records?   

Several of our users are experiencing a problem on their Polycom VVX411 phones where the message light is flashing and the screen shows new messages; however, there are no messages there.  Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

Want to add paging to  new poly sets being added have succesfully added it for Avaya phones using ProvisioningTemplate looking Poly sets examples ,documentation is vague. Just need to get syntax corect for Poly and what to include and what to leave out for paging feature

I have users that connect to a server via Parallels for a remote desktop. They complain about call lag when calling another Zoom user with a desktop on the server. Would Zoom VDI be a solution for them? From what I understand there is a VDI Workplace installer like the Zoom client that goes on the server and a VDI plugin that is installed to the users local machine so all VOIP processing gets done on the local laptop? 

since the AWS outage, we have not been able to provision any phones.  They aren't reaching the provisioning server.

Is there a way to disable the Zoom Workplace app from audibly ringing when it is connected to a desk phone using call control? We've recently started using Zoom phone, and several users have said it's annoying hearing the Zoom ringtone as well as the desk phone ring tone.  Is there a way to do this, or any alternative solutions that could be suggested? We use Yealink T44W handsets if that is useful to know at all. 

I have coworkers that are using Android devices (watches) that are able to see who is calling them from Zoom and are able to answer said call. I have tried all the tricks/tips on how to get this to work on my Apple Watch, but cannot get any of it to work. Anyone know if this still isn't available on Apple Watches? Thanks!

Hi All,We’re currently using Zoom integrated with Salesforce Lightning. Most of our users access Zoom on their mobile devices. We’d like to enable a feature where, when someone receives a call, Zoom can automatically sync with Salesforce to display the caller's contact information.Is there a way to configure this setup so that Salesforce contacts are used to identify incoming callers in Zoom Mobile?Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated!Regards,Afrose 

Cisco released their latest 9800 series phones over a year ago. Cisco markets the phone as, "use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other 3rd party cloud calling platforms. My Zoom rep has indicated that this phone might be certified in June 2025 and that it's on their roadmap but that no official ETA has been announced.We are seriously considering switching from our legacy Avaya Aura PBX to Zoom Phone. We like the Poly Edge devices we've tested however the Cisco 8800 and newer 9800 series devices seem a little higher quality and more substantial.  I personally prefer the larger buttons. Has anyone heard anything about when these phones will be supported by Zoom and other cloud calling platforms? I've look at all the providers (Zoom, Nextiva, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft, etc.) and none of them support the 9800 series yet, even though it's been out a year.
