Calls dropping the Pasted 3 weeks.

I have been experiencing a lot of dropped calls in the past 3 weeks here at my company. Are there any issues going on with the phone systems?

Hello ​@Howco-Cesar 

Take a look to the Zoom Phone Logs (Call Logs) and check the column  “Call Result” to check if you see any issues “Unconnected” or “Call failed”, etc.

Also you can check the “Dashboard / Phone” to verify if there might be some issues with the calls, or your ISP, etc.

 

If you want to check the status of the Zoom Cloud Services and verify if there has been any failures, you can always look at the following URL:
https://www.zoomstatus.com/

You can see existing issues (if any) but also, historical data of previous issues and schedule maintenances.

I would send a problem report via the Zoom app. Go into settings, select Statistics, and at the bottom, you will see Report Problem. Do this after a call drops and be sure you type out the issue in the description box. Than contact Zoom to have them find the report once you send it. They should be able to identify what caused the call to drop.
