Canada texting - Zoom is really poor

Why does it take so long to get set up on Zoom Phone and then Zoom texting. Every day I am speaking with Zoom. It's affecting our business and the messages dont get through. Multiple technicions for the canada market escalation . Whats going on?

    State your 10 DLC Issues and Concerns.
