One of our users has a recurring issue of not being able to hear someone on the phone. It happens randomly and reinstalling zoom fixes it. Its not her audio devices and the weird thing is if we do a video call it works just fine. I have pin pointed the dll in question sipphone_audioctrl.dll when renaming to sipphone_audioctrl.dll.bak then closing zoom renaming back to sipphone_audioctrl.dll and opening zoom again the issue is resolved. I was hoping support could look into this. The file is in C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin. Let me know if you can help at all.

I was able to get all the information I needed to port my Zoom number to Verizon. I have the Verizon phone with a number that is activated. I can make calls out from this phone and the caller ID says it is the same number I had with Zoom. Unfortunately, I can't receive calls or texts. All incoming calls and texts are still going to the same phone number at Zoom. Will this issue be resolved with time, or do I need to do something in Zoom to make this issue stop?

Hi Community, I wanted to know if Zoom admin had the ability to lock down the Call Queue for our users.Basically taking the ability to opt out of receiving calls from call queues they are apart of.Currently users are able to go into their settings and uncheck the call queue they are in to no longer receive calls. Is this possible?

I am in Zoom meeting and I want my Zoom phone call to ring while I am in Zoom meeting on my laptop. Right now I see only the Zoom phone call pop-up comes on my Zoom meeting screen and does not hear it ringing.

I have 2 users in my company who were using company cell phones. We ported the cell phone numbers to zoom so that they can continue to use those numbers in the zoom app on their personal phones and not have to carry around two cell phones.Contacts from the company cell phones show up in their zoom mobile apps on those phones but not in the desktop app.They are unable to see the contacts stored on the company cell phones in their mobile (on personal phones) or desktop apps.I somehow need to get the contacts that were stored on their company phones into their zoom accounts so that they can view them in the mobile app(on personal phones) and desktop app.They were both using company iphones and use personal iphones.Can anyone help?

Wondering if there exists any functionality in which agents can see which calls are sitting in queue- and choose to pick up/answer any one of those calls manually.I mean that, currently when calls are ringing through a queue, an agent has no visibility to the calls in that queue, and have to wait until the call comes back around through the agent's call queue to pick it up.In other voip/phone systems, there usually exists a functional view of calls sitting in the queue, with the ability to pick and choose what to answer immediately without just waiting for the call to come back around. Wanted to ask if anybody can say for certain this doesn't exist, before I look into the potential of developing this functionality internally via the api. Thanks

We have a created a custom queue that is supposed simultaneously ring all the Users added to the queue when our main line is busy. This was created so we do not miss new client calls. Before about a week the call would ring on all 4 lines and the Caller ID would show Paralegal Overflow (the name of the Call Queue). Nothing has been changed with this call queue but for the last week the calls are only coming through to one particular User every time and the Caller ID is not Paralegal Overflow but the caller's name or anonymous. This User's phone number is not listed anywhere so no new client should be calling her directly because they would not have her number yet. Please advise on how we might fix this issue because it is integral to how we operate! Thanks!

I have successfully integrated Zoom Phone with Microsoft Dynamics 365. However the one issue is that in the call log the display shows the phone number in the correct format like +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx. However when we try to create an activity based on the incoming phone number, it does not take area code into account. It shows +xxx-xxx-xxxx. We are not able to link it to the contacts.  Any idea how to configure Zoom app for Micor

Summary:Why are MP3 files created by Zoom phone call recordings unable to be played by Google Drive? Details:I used the Zoom app for Android on my phone to make a phone call.  I recorded part of that call.  On the phone, the recording played back well.  I used the share button in the player to send the recording file to my Google Drive. In Google Drive's UI via Google Chrome on macOS, I could see the recording file, named for the date and time of the phone call with a ".mp3" extension.  I tried to play the recording directly in GD, but it told me "Your browser is unable to play this audio file."  I found other MP3 files in my GD and they could be played directly. So, I downloaded the MP3 file as GD suggested.  macOS could play it in Music.app and I could even open it with Google Chrome.  So, what is it about Zoom's recordings that make it incompatible with Google Drive

We have one extension, 704, that is ringing when calls are inbound to several other extensions that are also ringing.  Group Call Pickup is not setup.  This extension is in a call queue with a single extension used for security.  Any tips?

2 different customers are reporting receiving my text messages over and over non stop.  

We are migrating a customer from Skype to Zoom phone they have several models of Poly VVX phones and they are questioning what appears on the display.While on Skype they USed to have the line with the date on the upper right corner showing the extension number in the upper left corner and the display name in front of the line as the picture shown below Now after the migration to Zoom if we don't manually update the the Keys and Positions in the phone settings nothing is shown on the screen of the phone. I have updated several of those phones manually the alias in the Keys & Positions to show the phone number but customer would like to have the old look and feel on their phones. Is there a way to chan

I needed to update my main greeting on my IVR. Now it wont pick up. I went into the Receptionist profile and it still shows the main greeting is attached. I didn't change anything else. What happened?

I've run into this issue multiple times with the Zoom mobile app on Android different devices and it has occurred across multiple versions of the Zoom mobile app including the most recent.  I can't say for certain if it occurs on iOS as no iOS users have reported this to me. I have an existing user "John Doe" with x1000.  I delete John Doe entirely of Zoom Phone and as a Zoom User.  I create new user "Jane Smith" and assign them to x1000. Users still see "John Doe" calling them when a call comes in or is transferred from x1000. Deleting the Zoom app from the device and telling it to delete associate data then re-installing will resolve the issue. This seems to be some kind of bug with the local caches on the device not getting refreshed.  

We have configured  and tried call queue with all the available options ( Longest Idle, Simultaneous, Rotation, Sequential) We are facing an issue with calls struck in call queue even agents are available and online. The calls get abandoned after sometime and start distributing calls to agents.   Please let me know if anyone has issues with call queus.

Hi, I'm a staff working overseas and remotely relying on VPN. after I log on the Zoom successfully, I wanted to try if the phone call functions good or not.Current issue is each time I make a call, the application frontpage will show the problem with connection, but I know my connection should be fine with other apps or websites working. wonder if anyone has experienced the same.  my work relies much on the phone calls, nothing can be going on now.
