Zoom is not ringing

Hi BaharBozorgkhoo,

Assuming the call is coming in during your open hours, your desk phone should ring even if the desktop client is closed.  If the call is coming in outside your open hours, calls may be set up to go voice mail or somewhere else.  Please check to see that user’s desk phone is setup to ring for that user.

Thank you Eliot, 
Out setting is set to 24 hours and rest are the same as the screenshot. 
I tried one more time and it worked, I am waiting for next time the issue happens.
