Going on Vacation

Hi, all. I am going on vacation and need to reroute my calls to another person on our team. I tried to use the delegate feature and it didn't work...any suggestions on how to proceed? I am the admin.

hi thorsey,

 

go to personal>phone>settings>holiday list & call handling>add>vacation and forward to another extension.
