Zoom phone integration with WhatsApp?

Since SMS is not possible yet in the UK our London sales and service team has been using WhatsApp. We are migrating from Fuze to Zoom phone soon.  The UK team use case is to use WhatsApp Business for SMS for sending leads, lead information, click link messages and some marketing notes to already signed up clients. Anybody done any dev work to do this since Zoom hasn't?
