Got error when submitting SMS Campaign.  Not sure how to fix.  Here is error message below. Make changes to the following errors and then resubmit.Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign C1SSQ5D.  Explanation: Campaign Rejected due to Disallowed Content (Third Party Data Sharing). Terms of Service/Privacy Policy indicate Third Party Data Sharing. Consent to messaging cannot be transferred between Third Parties. All affiliate marketing must be carrier approved. Please refer to CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. This Customer appears to collect numbers by webform and is missing a disclaimer to SMS messaging. Consent to messaging should not be obscured in TOS. Please correct and resubmit. 

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to add all extensions i have for a Site to my operators Em50 without have to add one by one? also companywide for all my locations how can i make the first BLF "paging" without having everyone have to set this up in their phones? 

Hi there,We want to develop an application where international calls can be done through Zoom. So, in our application only, we want to open an interface where the calls would be done through Zoom. We are ready to integrate Zoom Phone APIs or SDKs.We don’t want to redirect user to zoom app, we want to make calls from our application only. Second query - Also, good if we can receive zoom incoming calls to our application itself. We want to do this for Android as well as iOS.Can you please guide how this can be achieved?

HelloI declared my poly edge 20 phone on the Zoom web portal with its Mac address: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. On my users Lan switch, I created a specific vlan and assigned it to the phone. Subsequently, I created all the necessary flows as is the case for the zoom application to the zoom cloud servers. The phone retrieves an @IP36_2 but I cannot register it on the portal, it remains offline. I looked at the streams between the phone and Zoom no streams are visible on my firewall.I need help with the process of starting and registering a phone to zoom.

Hello, and thank you for any suggestions offered. I am trying to save SMS contacts but it does not seam to let me save them, it will not let me save them as an Outlook contact either, which I assume ads to an external outlook account. My Zoom account is connected to my Microsoft Exchange Server. I am also wondering if we can set up a group text including numbers outside of our network (not zoom chat), once the contacts have been created? Thanks for the help, Josh 

When queue call distribution is set to Longest Idle, the logic appears to interpret an outbound call as "idle" or "longest idle" and sends the next inbound call to that agent despite others being idle for a longer period of time. Additionally, the system considers an agent as "longest idle" when their status changes from "Opt-out" to "Available." Perhaps the system assigns 'disconnecting from an outbound call' as moving from "Opt-out" to "Available." That would explain the behavior. Regardless of the cause, this results in uneven call distribution and makes it more difficult for agents to complete documentation of the first call before another call rings to them. I've increased our "Wrap-up Time" to help with the latter, but it still causes problems with workflow.  In general, we prioritize availability over documentation when all agents are busy, so I can't simply extend Wrap-Up time to the maximum. 

We have a block of 100 phone numbers that we are looking to port into Zoom Phone. We are only actively using 25 of these numbers, and we would only have 25 user Zoom licenses. Would we need to pay ($60/year) for each of the additional 75 numbers that are ported in?

I use Zoom for the softphone for work.  I also use hearing aids.   Since my audio device is a hearing aid and not a headset, for the android zoom app to use my hearing aids as the audio out I have been needing to Enable ConnectionServices. (More>General>Enable ConnectionServices) because for some reason the app does not just use the default system settings.  in the latest update this option is no longer there. I have searched all around the app for this setting to see if it has been moved but it is not anyplace I can see.   I really do need this option to function. Thanks!

New to Zoom and new to Admin of Zoom.    can i on my VVX phones make a BLF template for all my Phones company wide - i want to created a Extension called "Page" and i want to this pop on every one in the second button position.  Can i do this and lock it in so they can remove it on the Keys and Positions? 

Hello!  We are having a weird issue where when people call our zoom lines, they are showing as anonymous. Is there somewhere I can check to see why these people are showing up as anonymous? They are not blocked.

Hi Team, We have observed a issue as when we are getting Incoming call , it shows as Unavailable, does not show Phone Number when Ringing. Sharing the logs samples for ref. Do let us know, Why it shows as Unavailable?

We are wanting our users cell numbers to show up on their Zoom contact card...does any one know the AD mapping that would pull this over for us?

We use dial by first name within our Zoom phone setup.  We are trying to find a way to flip the order the system presents two staffers with the same first name.  Basically, we have a Mary Jones and Mary Smith.  Jones is a back-office worker while Smith is a retail person who receives the greatest call volume.  Callers to our company are selecting the first Mary presented by the system which is Jones who now needs to transfer the call over to Smith. We have tested changing Jones' first name to Mariann and then her last name to her maiden name of Taylor but neither changed the sequence in which Zoom presents the names to a person calling in.  What and where is Zoom basing the dial by name list from?  Do we have any ability to access and adjust this?  Note - using the last name for the dial by name is not an option per company management.

Hello, We are trying to set a global default ringtone for these devices. I have created a provisioning template and tried using the following variables. None of them led to it setting a default ringtone. I have tried looking at Poly's other documentation but I haven't found anything. se.rt.=ringer16.ringer&reg.2.ringType="ringer16"

When I'm on a call from the direct line, a call will blast through from the queue and interrupt my current call.  I cannot find any setting to fix this issue.

Is there a way to stop this?  Super frustrating when you're typing a paper only to constantly have the cursor jump away.

Hello- Looking for a way to see who is on the phone in live time. I have the Real Time Analytics and I can see how many people are on from the dashboard. Also if I do into specific queues, I can see who in that queue is on- but is there a way I can see everyone on my team and if they are on a call at that time?

I use the Zoom app on my Android for work. For the past 2 weeks, instead of ringing, my phone just sends me a notification that very helpfully says "You have received a Zoom notification". All permissions are enabled. I have tried reinstalling the app. I am also logged in to a desk phone with the same account, but this has never been a problem before. Please help, my clients and my bosses are starting to get upset at the number of calls I'm missing.

Hi I would like to know if I can send a bulk SMS with Zoom Phone - Salesforce Integration, to a list of leads or contacts in Salesforce upto 100-200 records at a time? This is very important to us as we do a lot of SMS campaigns via Salesforce.  I have already reached out to Zoom Sales and they could not answer this, after 60 minutes waiting on the phone!Currently I use 360SMS app for all bulk SMS via Salesforce and Aircall for all calls on Salesforce. I would like to streamline and use 1 App (Zoom Phone) for all my calls and SMS. Please advise. 

Hi,There are settings to receive calls on an outside number with the option to press 1 to accept the call. But how do I place a call with the zoom app using the same method of pressing 1 to connect the call. This was possible with Mitel where you would essentially assign your extension to an outside number. The goal being I don't actually make calls using my computer, but my cell phone. So I enable a setting to where I dial a number in the Zoom desktop app, a call is then placed to my mobile phone, I answer and press 1 to connect the call. Is this possible with Zoom? Thanks!
