cant automatically join audio by computer when joining

my teammate cant join the audio by computer. anyone know how to solve? he cant tick the checkbox in setting for this.

Hi wales,

The issue may be a lack of audio devices such as a microphone and or speaker assigned to the desktop client.

 

Your teammate could use the zoom desktop client, a zoom mobile app or a zoom certified desk phone.  The desktop client and mobile apps require a microphone and a speaker.  On the desktop client, (a) the microphone could be a usb microphone or headset with a microphone and (b) the speaker could be an actual speaker or a headset with an earphone. The mobile apps usually use the built-in speaker and microphone.

 

your teammate can check his/her settings to see what audio devices are assigned to the client or app.
