Assigning basic phone to a different user

Hi!

We have just signed up for Zoom Phone. We are on the basic package because we only need one user, however it is linked directly to my account (which is the billing account). We need the Zoom Phone to be linked to one of my employee's logins, however the billing should remain on my account. Has anyone else done this successfully? The UI is not very user friendly.

Hi peter103,

 

You could add your employee as a user.

 

At present, there does not appear to be any Zoom phone basic plan. 

 

If this is actually a paid license such as zoom phone us/Canada unlimited, your employee could be assigned the phone number and could make and receive outside calls.
