Is there anyway to call in by phone to listen to RECORDING of my zoom meeting,without internet access???

Many of my users complain about call quality when talking on Zoom Phone using the Zoom app on WI-FI in our office.  I personally have not had this issue but I sit at a desk all day.  The users who are complaining are users who move around the office. We have a Meraki Wi-Fi system with several access points around the office.  Given the fact that the users with the issue are moving around the office leads me to believe that the issue occurs when their iPhone is switching to different access points as they are moving around the office. These users state that they only have the issue in the office,  If they work from home they have no issue.  I had one of the users turn WI-FI off for the day and use cellular data.  They did not experience the issue which to me confirms my suspicion that it's when their device switch APs. Is this normal behavior or is there something we can configure to stop this from

Is there a way to have the caller ID and phone number on a warm transfer populate the History panel on the Phone tab? Example: User A answers call from client. User A does a warm transfer to User B. User B is able to see caller ID information when call is transferred, but on the History tab, only sees that a call was received from User A no information about client. Our staff would like to see the name/number of the person that called them. At the moment, it seems the only way to do that is to get the number from User A or for me (admin) to go into the call log. Both of these ways are less than ideal. Thanks.

I am performing an audit on our system and want to generate a list of Auto Receptionists but do not see a way to export to CSV like many of the other fields. (Call Queues, Users, etc...)Does anyone have a solution I apparently am overlooking? Thanks

Hi Community, We have been using Shared Line Groups with Conference Barge to get that traditional VOIP capabilities. The asistant and Executive are able to tap into the lines and listen/speak at any time. They can both add callers in the call and it is working great. This function is using the Conference Barge. The only issue is that we do not have the option to disable hold music. Can we please enable this functionality? We are able to disable in a call queue but not a shared line group. 

Can basic users can manage the zoom phone lines I purchased or does it need to be licensed account? I purchased the lines but I dont want to manage them. Help ! 🙂

Has anyone successfully provisioned a BIAMP/Tesira phone?  We have a conferencing system that haz the VoIP card built in and we would like to use it with Zoom.  We just moved to Zoom recently and were able to make it work with our last system.  

It appears that even though I assign users to Zoom Phone appliances that I add to ZDM, they still have to go through a sign in process in order to “confirm” the device assignment.  Is there a way to turn off the confirmation requirement?  It kind of defeats the point of assigning users ahead of time, thinking you’re going to plug everything in before we go live and have everyone’s phones up and ready to use, when each user basically needs to sign into the phone anyway.

We are an organization of around 100 employees.  We submitted a campaign to expand (beyond 49) the total numbers that could send SMS messages to clients.  The campaign was approved at the end of February.  The relevant steps were followed to join each number to the campaign.  But since then the messages from our numbers seem to be blocked.  Users can send messages but they aren't always received.  This seems to happen most often with clients who have T-Mobile or some of the other smaller carriers.  I have an open ticket with Zoom support but seem to be getting nowhere after 6 weeks.  Any one else having SMS issues?  Getting usefull support?

I started with a company that is moving from Teams calling to Zoom calling. As a receptionist I answer and transfer a number of calls every day. If I am typing an email, as soon as the Zoom call comes in, I can't finish what I'm typing. Often times, the calls are a hang-up. I want to transfer to the call I am currently on while another call comes in, I can't complete the transfer until the other call is answered. We are doing blind transfers which means, I can't tell if the person I am transferring someone to is on the phone. Handling and transferring calls is clumsy and inefficient.

Hello all, Just wanted to know if there's a setting, or a different way to set this up, to have the Zoom Desktop Client automatically disable the call queues my Service Desk staff are logged into, when they lock their screens/computers go idle?Either they forget to go out of the queues, which means incoming calls are just ringing on their desktops with no one answering, or they forget to enable the queues again manually when they return to their desks, and calls don't go into their systems.We only use the software, with USB headsets directly connected to their computers / so no physical telephones on their desks.Thanks in advance

With auto call recording turned on,You can change settings for the play prompt when recording has started.You can change settings for the play prompt when recording has stopped.There are no settings to change for play prompt when recording is restarted.It plays the default message every time, no matter what the other audio notifications are set to.It also does not follow the ad-hoc recording play prompt setting either. To recreate: turn on auto recording and customize the prompts so you know it's not the default.Also, customize the ad hoc call recording prompts to make sure they are not a part of this.Call, hear the custom start prompt, stop recording, hear the custom stop prompt, start recording, hear the default prompt. I don't see anywhere in the IVR setting to allow someone to directly dial a users extension if known. For example, assign key "#" or one of the numbers and then dial the users extension.   So the IVR Greeting would be recorded to say:  "If you know the party's extension you would like to reach press # and the 3 digit extension".   Or "If you know the party's extension you would like to reach press 9 and the 3 digit extension"

This has been happening to me every time I get on a Zoom call.  The call will suddenly close out and relaunch like 3 minutes later.  It has been happening all of last year and is till happening.  I had a free account and now that I have a Pro account it is still happening.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client and it continues. I don't understand why this is happening. Is this happening to anyone else? If so how can this me corrected?

Hello,I've had a Basic account (Free) registered to my work email for some time now. Recently, the company subscribed to "Zoom Phone Pro PBX", and my email is the primary contact. So, naturally when the license arrived it was added to my account. I can see them now in the "Admin" section, "Account Management" subsection, "Billing" page.===================Zoom Phone: Zoom Phone ProQty: 37Status: Active===================The problem is, I still can't switch my account type from "Basic" to "Licensed". The "Licensed" radio button is dimmed and unclickable. Furthermore, in "User Management", "Users" page, it says "To add licensed users to your account, please purchase more licenses." on top of the page. When I try to add a user, the "User Type" is always "Basic", as "Licensed" is dimmed and unclickable. The only License is "Zoom One Basic". Hello All,Looking for some help either 1) Finding the reporting information I'm looking for if it exists 2) Problem solving an issue our organization is running into. Currently we have several call queues setup throughout our organization.  However, a lot of our call reporting data is being skewed because users forget to turn off the "receive call queue" button when they should.  I don't believe this can be set for a period of time(1 hour, 1 week etc) like the Zoom Phone Statuses can.    My question for everyone is multi layered.  1) Is there a way to automatically change the call queue status to mirror say the computer being locked?  2).  If no to #1, is there a way to generate a reminder after a certain period that the user is still logged out of the queue?  3)  Is there any possible way to set Do Not Disturb for a week(or more) if the user is gone on vacation?  It appears 24 hours

We've been struggling for literally 2 days on this and i am done. I need someone who can figure this circle of insanity out and get my team member on the phone. We have tried everyting recommend---un and re install, changing default handler apps, reboots, microsoft updates. Losing my mind, very frustrated, please help. Hello,I hope you are doing well. I just started to use Zoom phone on desktop through my browser. In my iPhone, I can easily assign a name to my contacts so that when they call, I see the name I chose for them on the caller ID. But in Zoom Phone desktop, I do not know how to do this. I have saved my contacts in my personal contacts on zoom phone settings, but still, when I receive a call from them, I do not see the name that I chose for that contact in the history of my received calls. It makes it difficult for me to recognize the calls that I received when I review the history. I appreciate it if you can help me to find a solution for this. 🙂

Since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 17.5.1 I have not been receiving incoming calls. They are going straight to voice mail. Is this a known issue and/or is there a fix?

There's an odd situation that's raising concerns for an associate who is using a Windows 11 machine during desktop audio calls with outside parties. Symptom(s):- The voice from ONE of the external attendees frequently drops mid-conversation from my associate's end, however, others can speak and hear that attendee with no issue.- During that drop, my associate continued to prompt the external attendee with questions to see when audio is restored between them at the same time that everyone else reported no issues hearing the external attendee outside of our organization. The odd situation is that this is the only attendee that my associate is having trouble hearing  while others are still able to hear each other with no quality concerns or drops. Hello -  People in our company have multiple Zoom lines on their accounts. Some users can see the voicemails for one line while others cannot. Is there a standard setting so that all users can view the voicemails? In order to view the voicemails does the line have to be the users default line? Thanks!

Hi there,We have signed the contract and are almost ready to start setting it up. The question arises - we can run clients (mostly for telephones) on our office computers, laptops and/or Azure AVD. Does anyone have experience with AVD setup? Is Azure AVD recommended and are there any benefits? I found here several old (a year or two ago) posts with complaints. The situation has changed or not? I have a Yealink MP56 Zoom Phone Appliance. When there are incoming calls the phone number and whatever Caller ID info is displaying instead of the contact name I have in my Contacts. Same for the call history and voicemails as well.I have contacts synced with Google and that is working, though when I login to the Zoom web site I don't see the contacts listed in settings under Personal – Personal Contacts. I do see "For Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365, sync your contacts here." Clicking "here" takes me to Personal - Profile - Other at the bottom, and Google syncing is set up there. I even reauthorized it to be sure.Oddly, in the Zoom Workplace apps on my Mac and on my iPhone I do see the contact name on incoming calls, history, and voicemail.
