Extending the Limit of 48 numbers in a campaign

We have an approved campaign (Yea!) but it only allows 48 users in the campaign, We have about 100 users who who would like to use SMS texting - its really person to person - is there a way to extend the amount of numbers or do we need to create a new campaign (and can we even do that)?
