10LDC Pending for more than 4 weeks

I set up a brand and a campaign with sample messages and submitted it more than a month ago and it still shows pending. Does anyone know if a "reject" message would be sent if there are compliance issues? Thoughts on how long I should wait to start the process over, otherwise?
