    Good day.  In order to prevent system overloads and abuse of services, Zoom does impose rate limits.  You can review those limits and the process to request an increase to those limits using this link:

    This error is not about the API rate limit. This is the SMS rate limit.

    You need to open a support ticket with our operations team.  They can review your account and potentially adjust the SMS sending limits.
