I have been getting help for weeks and no one can figure out why I cannot add a background photo or use Virtual backgrounds this happens on my Samsung phone as well as my chromebook. It does not give me the plus option to add a background photo and on the Chromebook when it gives me the arrow to add virtual backgrounds it comes up error occurred and it does that on the phone as well. I have tried doing this during a meeting, with my video open or my video off

I have a Zoom Workplace Business plan. Is the "streaming" feature available? I see it in the "Meetings" section, but the settings are unavailable...

How can I do a meeting with my friends but don’t have the app

When did hosts stop being able to assign directly from the waiting room to a breakout room? The new Zoom Workplace Application offered an amazing feature that allowed Host and Cohosts to view the waiting room, assign the participant to a breakout room and admit. The participant would go directly to the Breakout Room and bypass the main room. (Referenced in the “2 new features you might have missed” Article) My coworkers and I have noticed one by one we are losing that functionality. Can this be fixed?

For zoom meetings in my group I will copy and paste the zoom link in our chat for easy access. Recently, when I paste the link a WhatsApp phone number shows in the pasted message even though the WhatsApp number is not in the original message. When I try to edit the number out the number doesn't appear in in the edit box. What can I do to stop the WhatsApp number from appearing. I do have WhatsApp on my phone but I rarely use it and only to read messages, not send 

The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues

My account is a single user account (Zoom Workplace Pro) and I am locked out by Admin to change settings but I am the owner and should be able to change settings.The live chat was not able to help me even though I changed browsers, cleared my cache - still no access.

Hi dear community members,I hosted recently an online masterclass and I hit record & stop two times. So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA

 I am sharing an in-house presentation on an Epson overhead projector/screen which is for the dedicated powerpoint slides. I am working off of a laptop PC for accepting invitees and answering chat. The two screens are identified as 1 and 2 (1 is the laptop, my main display, and 2 is the projector for the powerpoint presentation). My issue is when I use my laptop keypad, the presenter is unable to advance the PowerPoint Slides. I have to select or click on powerpoint to give the control back to the remote clicker/slide advancer. How can this be remedied with settiings?

I have an external mic to record interviews with people during an event (to help minimize background noise) and cannot figure out how to apply it to zoom. My phone recognizes the device and completes the connection but I can’t seem to get zoom to use it. 

HI, I am using zoom on linuxno matter what i do i cant get the app icon to appear in the zoom toolbar when in a meetingi have apps available in the main zoom page but not the toolbar in a meeting which means i cant access the timer appi have synced to my online web settings and clicked the enable apps button still nothingcan you help?

I am using an individual Zoom account (not managed by an organization). When I try to enable virtual backgrounds in the Zoom app, the option is blocked or grayed out on the Zoom website, even though you are the account owner. I have already:Checked and confirmed all account-level and group-level settings for virtual backgrounds.Verified that your device supports virtual backgrounds (since it works with your personal account).Signed out and back in, and reinstalled the Zoom app.Ensured you are not signed in with multiple accounts.Confirmed your account is not managed by an organization or IT team.Despite these steps, the virtual background setting remains blocked and cannot be enabled.

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland.  With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing.  The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine.  If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black window or screen.  Immediately after I stop sharing the first time, I get the following messages in ~/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log*** pw_stream_set_active called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted *** impl_ext_end_proxy called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted 'this->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:62 do_unlock()I cannot figure out if this is a zoom problem or a pipewire problem.Everything works fine in X11.

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

Okay, after updating the desktop IOS Mac Studio, now the iPhone is not showing up as an option to use for camera, even though it’s plugged in.

Our company has been getting spam Zoom invites for webinars, and because we are all on iOS, it is automatically included in our calendars, etc. As they are valid Zoom meeting requests, even just declining these meetings is a pain, so the admin has just blocked any email from zoom.us, and told everyone to use "something else." Is there a way to report these spam to Zoom? Zoom does not do customer support very well.

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

How about the Q&A feature. before the last update i was able to access Q&A settings now i can even find it anywhere anymore. it is only accessible using the personal ID and this is loss of my investment right now if i create an official meeting using generated IDs i lose the Q&A feature even when i am the host

We recently had Zoom Workspace upgrade to version 6.7.5 the camera freezes the app stops and starts its terrible. Is Zoom aware of the issues

I can’t seem to get my photo background to work correctly 

Hi everyone,Has anyone noticed brief audio dropouts since the recent Zoom desktop update? In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. Thanks!
