Hello,I have a question regarding the limitations of concurrent meetings when using Alternative Hosts within the same account (organization).Our Current Setup: Scheduler: One dedicated "Admin" account (Licensed User). Meetings: Multiple online training sessions scheduled at the same time. Hosts: Each session is assigned a different instructor (each is a Licensed User in the same organization) as an "Alternative Host." My Question:With the setup above, is it possible for these instructors to start and run their respective meetings simultaneously?Since the "Admin" account is the original host (owner) for all these sessions, I am concerned about the Zoom limitation that prevents a single user from hosting multiple meetings at the same time. Good day!Anybody have this issue? Have been unable to find a fix. Have tried updating and restarting my laptop, uninstalling using CleanZoom, reinstalling, signing out and in again. Nothing has worked. Reported to Zoom already but no response yet. Hope someone can assist. Thank you.

Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.    

Been using Zoom since its inseption.. Never seen a company pay so little attention to customer service and information supplied to it by its customers.It is  a disgrace!!!The chat icon being moved from central settings?????The raised hand feature removed from reactions ????What Idiot is in charge of this continued stupidity???What idiot has created a system that does not listen to its customers ???I await a sensible response 

absolutely one of the worst.  I've had 4 tickets open for 2 weeks now and most of the replies from them are just google search answers.  Then when i finally go someone to call me on one of the tickets, it was like talking to a wall.  He didn't understand a thing.  i am so fed up with their lack of help on any issue!

Hi. My father-in-law is 84 years old. He is hosting a meeting every week. However, he is not hearing well, and does not see the small visual indication that there is a participant in the waiting room. Not even when leaving opened the participant tab. Is there a way to make more visually apparent that there is a new participant?

My recurring meetings have disappeared from App home page. they were there this morning and now gone. I can still see them on the desktop app and the links still work when clicke don to join but when I click open IOS zoom app they do not show on the home page - they have disappeared.I have about 10 recurring meeting all set to ‘no fixed time’. Can anyone tell me how to get them back showing in the app please? Thanks

I receive error codes twice when trying to login.Upon opening Zoom on my Windows 11 Home system, I get the following error message on the right of the screen:Error code    xxxxxxxx-0x01-000A-0000-00-0A-07 Then, upon entering my valid login name, I receive the error code “-1”Web resources have directed me to disable Windows Defender Smartscreen, but this is not helping.I’d appreciate any help

Hello Zoomers, hope you can help me. I've been having some strange issues with Zoom for a while now. When I'm in a one-on-one meeting, after a few minutes, my video freezes. Then, after a few more minutes, everything crashes. However, when I'm in a group (8 - 10 people), everything works fine without any problems. Additionally, I'm unable to log in via someone else's link. I've reinstalled everything and cleared my cache, etc. I have no idea what else to do. Can you help me? It's so weird that it works fine with multiple people but not in one-on-one sessions.

I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

It is not possible to change the background image to an image from the camera, even if the background image is turned off or the program is uninstalled and reinstalled.  

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with scheduled meetings not appearing consistently across different Zoom applications.Today I have two meetings: One meeting was created by me. The other meeting is one I was invited to. However, the meetings appear differently depending on the platform: Windows desktop app: I can see the meeting I created, but not the meeting I was invited to. Web interface: I can see the meeting I was invited to, but not the meeting I created. Mobile app: I can see both meetings. Both the windows and the android app is up-to-date.Ideally, both meetings should appear in the Windows desktop application, but currently only one is visible.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can ensure that both meetings appear in the Windows desktop ap

I can’t open zoom sessions with zoom workplace any more, only via Browser. Then Very often the camera doesn’t work. I do have Wifi with enough Data. It used to work properly but since about 6 weeks it doesn’t connect any more. Any suggestions?

How do I convert a webinar to a Meeting g and keep the same link to the meeting to avoid confusion. 

I have been receiving meeting summaries successfully. However, I just had a meeting over an hour where that is missing, and I'm certain Meeting Summary was on. In fact, I received a 2 minute summary where someone either entered the room  early or late, activating the Summary. Can I retrieve the correct summary?

I had a zoom meeting with a teaching assistant, which he ask me to log in by using his email address and password only. however the zoom login only except account number or title name, which I could not login. I ignorant to zoom and need better understanding on all the aspects of using zoom, can someone help me understand the process better thanks. 

Hello, I was receiving therapy sessions via Zoom. However, last time, even though I connected, the meeting host didn't receive a notification that I joined, and they requested payment, even though I hadn't logged in. This happened during a meeting that started at 12:00 PM on February 6th, 2026. I joined at 12:12 PM, and the meeting ended at 12:25 PM. I need proof that I attended the meeting. If necessary, I can share the meeting link, time, and details. I await your assistance.

I would like to use copy and paste for a selection of 150 items in the registration field. Is this possible?

Is it possible to access a shared file after the meeting? I looked for it in my desktop in the Zoom folder, but the only file that I found was the chat. Is there any way to get this file? Thanks in advance

Hello,I work at a large tech company and would like to use Zoom transcripts for calls with candidates, including interviews. It would be extremely helpful to have an opt-in feature for transcripts so that the other participant or participants on the call must actively consent on their end before transcription begins. Ideally, admins could choose whether or not to enable this feature for all employees across the organization. This would allow us to use transcripts for candidate calls and interviews while better respecting data privacy laws across different countries, and it would provide verified proof that each candidate opted in to the transcript in the event of any legal questions or issues. I have a Zoom App in development currently showing as in draft and shareable internally within my organisation. Until a few days ago, I was able to complete the oauth flow for both the production and development client id and my app would show in the Zoom marketplace “Added Apps” as installed in both cases in the relevant tab “Apps in Production” and “Apps in Development” and it would show in the “Apps” section of the Zoom client. Since yesterday, with the app uninstalled, when I try to install the development app again I do not see the consent screen, the oauth flow succeeeds (I get a code back and exchange successfully for a token) but the app neiter appears on the marketplace under “Added Apps → “Apps in Development” nor in the Zoom Client under “Apps”. I have been looking this up and so far nothing conclusive. I did ask my Admin whether a setting has been changed on their side (not sure if their is a setting that would influence this?). I was wondering

Recently (within the last week), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app.It's pretty annoying. What's going on?

I receive an e-mail saying that the participant is waiting, but in the meeting I only see one participant: me.  My participant gets the screen message that I have to let him in, but of course that never happens, because even when they call me to tell me they are in the waiting room, I cannot let them in: Zoom doesn't see anyone there for me to let in. I even tried the option to leave the meeting, and to click on the link in the email message, but to no avail. This has led me to stop the waiting room as a function because I lost a lot of valuable time on technical issues with my clients, which looked pretty unprofessional (despite being an experienced Zoom user). I cannot find any article or suggestion on how this can happen. The Waiting room feature has always been enabled in every case, I checked. Is this a bug?

Zoom was working fine and suddenly next day when I started my meeting I can't hear any sounds.  I did test sounds and is not working.  I have installed zoom again and is same.  Plse help I am using laptop.
