I hope you're all doing well. I've been encountering a bit of a challenge lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I try to share my screen during a Sigma Free Fire gaming session on Zoom, I've noticed some annoying voice issues.The audio seems to be distorted or unclear, making it difficult for others to hear me properly. I've tried adjusting my settings both in the game and on Zoom, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or perhaps found a solution to improve the audio quality while screen sharing during gaming sessions?

I open a calendar entry, the background is white, then I add Zoom Meeting, then the background turns black. How can I change this?

Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are not receiving the emails for the meeting. Please help! Thanks, Chris

I need to see all participant boxes in my gallery view recording, even those who have no video up.  I just had a recording with 15 people and a bunch of them did not have video up, but they occasionally spoke.  I can't tell who is speaking because none of their boxes appear in the gallery view recording.  I have "Hide Non video participants" unchecked in the app.

I work with a group of kids who discovered a way to scribble all over the screen as I'm presenting, as well as all the emojis at their disposal. Is there a way to disable this scribbling feature? I don't mind interactive chatting (to a limit) but the drawings are a bit disruptive. Grateful if you can help out!

When I start zoom the app works fine, as soon as another participant joins my app freezes.I can still see and hear users, they can still hear me, my video breaks and I can't click on anything.After about 5 minutes the app breaks completely and I have to restart it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting computer etc.This only started happening after updating on 1/3/2023. (last use was pre Christmas).

I can't add a background to Zoom, only delete it. There's an X in to top right of every Zoom background. Can anyone help me?

I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only.This is what it looks like just before crashing. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor",  you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time.  **** UPDATE: 2022-01-25 *****I just updated to Version 5.9.3 (3169) and the issue is resolved. 

Issue: The Owner cannot see meetings in their Zoom dashboard under Upcoming Meetings, despite being added as an alternative host and having the visibility setting enabled.Recreate: When creating a Zoom meeting in the "Video Conferencing with Zoom" plugin: Host assigned: Admin role user Alternative host: Account Owner Zoom setting enabled: Account Management > Meetings > "Display meetings scheduled for others" = ENABLED Question: Are there additional Zoom account settings required for owners to see ALL meetings created via API/plugin? Or is this a limitation of how the plugin authenticates with Zoom?

 I have a basic zoom account.  There may be 4 months this year that I will need the Pro Plan.  Can I upgrade for those months only? Do I have the ability to share a video with the group and record the meeting from my Iphone?

I can't not find the Dual Monitor set up in my settings.  I want to be able to see participants on one screen and my shared presentation screen on the other monitor.  Can you tell me precisely where the Dual Monitor toggle is in the settings?

I wanted to start a quick discussion about something that’s recently changed in our Zoom sessions. In the past, participants were able to interact directly with Wordwall games and other clickable activities when I gave them remote control. However, lately, this function isn’t working as expected — participants can move the mouse but can’t click or interact with the content.This change seems to have happened suddenly, and I’m not sure what caused it. I’ve double-checked that I’m giving remote control properly and that screen sharing settings are the same as before. It might be tied to a Zoom update, browser compatibility, or device-related limitations.If anyone has insight or has run into the same issue, I’d love to hear how you resolved it.

We have zoom rooms where we always see an error says “low bandwidth network is detected”. We have done everything with zoom app settings to run the meetings on low network and avoid taking high usage still we see the same error every time. We have 1GB of Lease line network for entire office. this error occurs usually for normal users also. Could someone please suggest how to fix it? 

I'm using GoHighLevel as CRM. Inside GHL I have multiple calendars and 99% of them are working. What I noticed is that sometimes a few Zoom Meetings are getting deleted automatically. I've reached GHL Support and they told me that there is a issue with Zoom (as Zoom is the ones that is deleting my meetings) How I can figure out how to fix it?

I have found several posts from so many users that are looking for the same thing as me. The 'Check for Updates' option. It used to be under the profile section. But it has been removed. I don't mean to be rude, but it shouldn't matter whether I checked the box to auto-update or not. The fact is, it can be problematic to connect to a meeting only to discover that it needs to update at that time! You then have to wait for the update to finish and may even have to restart taking more time before you can connect to the meeting! The option to check for an update should be available at ALL TIMES. For security purposes if nothing else. But also to help with avoiding that last minute update before a meeting starts. That way I can check beforehand and update if necessary.  Please consider these words and this request. This will be of help to all customers whether they are paying ones or not. Please know this is not in anger, but

Just wanted to say the zoom Calendly integration currently isn't working. I can set up meetings using google meet but Zoom is just not working anymore through Calendly. Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Error: We couldn’t add the Zoom meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.

Hello, how do I download a copy of the BAA?

I would like Zoom to not automatically join computer audio and give me a choice. This way, if I am joining a meeting at the office, I can opt out of computer audio and use the conference room's audio and hear people in person. I still need to join from Zoom, even if I attend in person, so I can access the chat and other features.Zoom does provide this option, in Settings > Meetings & webinars > Automatically connect to computer audio, which I have turned off.It does correctly ask me if I want to join the computer/phone audio. As I have said, sometimes I deliberately want no audio. In these cases, I dismiss the prompt. However, Zoom nags me like so:The "Join audio" is blue, which may mean I may accidentally click that button when I mean to click "Continue". This will cause echo and feedback

Hello  I tried to join a meeting with zoom on linux. I am logged into my account alright. But I still get asked to set my name and email. I enter THE EXACT SAME address with which I am logged on and get an error. Why is that?   

After a recent Linux update, screen sharing is not working the same way for me.I can share one screen, but additional screens are no longer available to select.This setup worked fine before the update.I am using a multi-monitor setup and did not change any Zoom settings.Has anyone else seen this, or found a workaround?
