This STILL seems an issue.We have an Enterprise license for a very large company. I host Software training meetings. I went into my “upcoming meetings” a week before. I named an “alternative host” who also is on the enterprise license. He did NOT receive an email. I forwarded him the email link that I “copied” from the meeting details. He clicked on it, and it prompted him to register, then said “host cannot register”, The meeting he is named as Alternative Host does NOT show in his upcoming meetings. Very frustrating when you are trying to have a back up instructor step in for you. Does Zoom have any reasonable resolution for this? Is there some work around?

No access to the Zoom Pro I paid for . The invoice indicated that I paid for whiteboard whereas it was Zoom pro of 1 year subscription I paid for

when I program a meeting with interpreter, zoom delivers video in local language, audio in local language and audio with interpreter, but not video with interpreter to download, is that correct?, is there any way to download the video with interpretation?

Hi Team, I’m aware that in the dashboard you are able to see participant information such as IP Address, etc. And that you’re able to retrospectively grab that information for meetings in the past.Say a guest user attempts to join from their browser, and is just in the waiting room and leaves. They never join the meeting. Are we still able to see information about them like IP Address, Location, Microphone etc? Given that they never joined the meeting i’m inclined to think no, the docs are unclear on this specifically. (I know that in meeting reports waiting room people are excluded)Thanks!

Since I updated to Zoom Workplace (6.0.1),  I don't have the raise hand feature or any reactions buttons as a meeting participant.  When I host a meeting, those options are available.  How do I get the raise hand feature and reactions back????

This is for the Zoom 5.13.11 app on Windows 10 Enterprise, when using the "Schedule Meeting" feature. I need to add a long list of invitee emails. Through trial and error I was able to figure out I could only enter 1 bare email address at a time, then hit space to convert it into an object, limited to no more than 64 characters per email address. There is no pop-up suggestion to guide the user on adding even the first email address, and I did not find any guidance in the docs nor here (so far).The field does not accept email standard list entries like "User Name <email address>", nor does it accept a comma-separated recipient list that might be copied from the recipients of an email application, which would seem like a sensible option. The one workaround I found was that I could paste a list of semi-colon-separated email addresses so long as no single pasted block exceeded 64 characters. Hi everyone,Has anyone noticed brief audio dropouts since the recent Zoom desktop update? In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

For years, I had my Zoom set to automatically copy the ZOOM URL to my clipboard every time I opened a meeting. That was very helpful. That no longer works and I can't find it in the settings. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!

I am using the zoom mobile app on a Galaxy S22.  When I attempt to share a PowerPoint Point presentation using the share screen single app option but it will open for a second then the app no longer shows and the option to share reappears. 

I scheduled a Zoom meeting this morning. When I logged on, it asked if it should creats a text of the meeting. I checked YES. The text off the meeting cannot be forund in Summaries. What happened? Thank you.

I have a Mac mini with a LG screen attached. Zoom meetings have been functioning for over two years on this set up, but as of today, zoom is not recognizing my Brio. I have restarted multiple times, tried to select the Brio in system, settings, browser, settings, and Zoom settings. I went into teams to try to release the camera but no luck. Completely quit teams. Thoughts?  

Is it possible to save  the meeting transcript from a zoom call ? how does one do that ?

We sometimes have sessions and a cohost or host may make an unwarranted action (e.g. close the breakaway rooms)How can I get the log of the Host and co host activities or actions made during the session? 

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

When converting a Webinar to a Meeting (well ahead of the event) - does the link to join the meeting change for those who have already registered? I've read in a few places that the Meeting ID stays the same. Does that mean the URL that registered folks have already received to join the webinar stay the same?? We don't want half of our attendees to not be able to log in to the Zoom because they have an old URL pre-conversion. But I would like to make the change to be able to encourage video/audio interaction.   The Zoom help page specifies that the link won't change when converting a Meeting to a Webinar, but it doesn't specify the same for the Webinar to Meeting conversion.

 I was using phone for audio for desktop zoom. I could listen. Everything worked fine until the host unmuted me, then the audio icon changed, and I could not interact with the host.This is using desktop zoom for Debian, 7.0.0.1666 This problem has happened multiple times.One time, I was able to establish a working system by hanging up the phone and reconnecting.Another time, this method did not succeed, forcing me to move to Android app. 

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

I have lost my important zoom recording to the auto-delete feature. Now this recording has been deleted permanently and is not there in the trash also. Is there any way to retrieve recording which is not there in trash also?

the format here has changed. I can choose to join or host but no choice to schedule a meeting as I have done in the past.  Help?Kathi Grace

I use ‘Registration’ events, so Zoom sends out unique links to every participant.I am incurring a lot of admin time dealing with corporate clients who say they have never received the Zoom link. From conversations with many of them, this is not a case of them not looking in their spam/junk folder. The emails are being blocked by corporate mail filters. I end up sending their links by copying them from the Zoom interface and using my own email address to send them. This works -- but it’s extremely time consuming and tedious. Currently, I am having to manually send links to approximately 20% of registered participants.From my own experience, I know that Zoom is being used by spammers to invite me to meetings that I have never signed-up for. Presumably, it’s this usage which is causing the spammer reputation of Zoom’s emails and so causing them to be blocked by an increasing number of systems.An ideal fix to this would be to send emails using my own address. I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
