  zoom is now not able to schedule meetings without trying several times and then I have redundant meetings. Computer responds slowly if at all. Never had this problem.  

Hey friends, After nearly four years in regular meetings using my Zoom Pro account, suddenly my co-host has lost her ability to record. The button is simply not there, nor is it an option under the "More" tab. My co-host can record meetings with other hosts but the ability disappears in my meetings.  Nothing had changed in my recording settings but I went back to make sure all the recording permissions were correct but with no success. Still no recording ability for my co-host. Can anyone please help? Thanks,Girish

Hello, I have a series of three meetings on dates that do not recur by week (Oct 24, 29 and 31).  I want people to be able to use a single registration that allows access to all three meetings.  I can't see how to do that unless there is a set pattern of recurrence.  Can anyone offer a suggestion?  Thanks!

I use a cell phone for a second camera for my courses. I cannot work out how to ensure that the Zoom dislay window stays horizontal - sometimes it is and sometimes it is vertical... even though I set the lockscreen on horizontal.

I am facing this issue since last few weeks, initially it was working fine, I am using calendly booking for online appointment booking, and integrated Zoom for meeting hosting, now all online booked meeting is not generating meeting summary, since last few weeks.earlier it was working quite well. I am not aware is it something changed from our side in setting or zoom has update some features.while when i am creating a meeting in zoom it started capturing meeting summary.

If a student turns off the camera during the real-time lecture, can you tell me how many minutes he or she has been turning off the camera? And, I would like to ask if it is possible to set a separate rule or option for a student who turns off the camera for a specific time (for example, 10 minutes).

I host a recurring meeting and need to keep the same ID and link. It shows my meeting is ending in December, 2022 but when I edit the meeting, it lets me supposedly extend the end date to December of 2024. The date seems like it will extend it, but the meetings listed only show thru December 2022. Will the meeting just stop as of December 2022? How can I set up a recurring meeting with the same link, ID, etc.?  And is there a phone number for zoom support where I can talk to a human and have them help? Thanks.

We run hybrid meetings. We have tried two set ups.A set of 10 conference room microphones for each in person participant. There is a receiver and speaker that plugs into the hosts laptop. The speaker picks up the feed from each of the 10 microphones and allows the in person participants can hear the Zoom people. For the in person audience we have a sound system in the room with microphones. The problem is the in house system causes an echo for the Zoom participants. We tried it once without the in room sound system. That was great for the Zoom participants, but the in person audience could not hear.We have a directional microphone that we would put in front of one of the loudspeakers in the auditorium. That worked fair for the Zoom people, but it picked up a lot of the other room noise and there was an echo.I we are able to put a Bluetooth transmitter on the output on our sound system can Zoom accept a Bluetooth signal as a microphone or audio sourc

Hello all, I am having problems with using zoom breakout rooms. I am assigning meeting participants manually to the one of the two rooms we normally create, to give on average 8 to 12 participants in each room. There is an issue that some participants are are not in the room assigned, as there is no green dot to the left of their name. What do I do in this case ? Do I wait or try again to manually assign them ?  The second issue I have is when late-comers arrive to join the Zoom meeting. I had a case when I manually assigned a late-comer to one of the breakout rooms. The person was not immediately assigned. In fact it took 2 to 3 minutes for this to happen. A frustratingly long delay if you are the Zoom host. If anyone in the community could guide me it would be appreciated.  Thank you.    Donald 

My desktop uses lan cable for the internet, not Wi-Fi.(My desktop doesn't have Wi-Fi functions) Can I share the screen on my tablet with my desktop in the Zoom meeting?  

I am aware that meetings with three or more participants are restricted to 40 minutes of recording. Do meetings with only two participants also have a restriction?

Hello, Is anyone else finding that since yesterday Zoom is not sending Notifications when a Zoom recording is ready? I use this feature often, and it's a pain to go into the account, find the recording, and copy the invite.  I have reset the Notifications, just wondering if its a temporary glitch. V

Hi all. I would like to host a webinar with about 250 attendees and 35 panelists. I want to create 35 breakout rooms. I want to automatically assign the 35 panelists, one to each breakout room. I also want to automatically assign the attendees to split them up equally among the 35 breakout rooms. Is this possible? Are there any restrictions I should know about? Hard to test this large of a group. Thanks!
