Hey all. Can someone guide me on the following issue? When I record via Zoom, the quality of my PowerPoint presentation is very poor. I have optimised recording for third-party video clicked on and also HD. Super frustrated and cannot move forward with my clients until this is resolved. BIG THANKS

I am repeatedly having the video out of sync with the audio, and it lags 1-2 seconds or more behind, which makes a Zoom meeting impossible.This is in live meetings, not recordings. This is on a new pc with fast wi-fi speed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom and run tests on the connection and the last meeting showing no issues

During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0Any help is appreciated

Hi, I hope someone can help with this. We are a meditation group which opens and closes a session by having the leader ring a bell. The bell reverberates for a while- that is it produces a sustained ringing tone after the leader strikes it. However, this does not come across on the Zoom audio- there is a very brief sound when the bell is struck, but no one can hear the sustained ring.Is this a known phenomenon? Is there any setting I can change?Thank you.

 Hi, I am using ZoomRooms on the NeatBar(meeting device) and the NeatPad(controller for NeatBar).NeatPad shows my meeting schedules on its screen, but recently my meeting schedules suddenly disappeared, and I have experienced this phenomenon many times.[Conditions]I used the administrator account of Zoom meetings to create meeting schedules and registered this NeatBar as a participant.I reused past meeting schedules to create new ones.When I created a new meeting schedule, the reminder appeared on the NeatPad, but it disappeared after a few minutes.If I refresh the schedule screen before it disappears, it is gone.This phenomenon occurs only when NeatBar is registered as a participant, not as an alternative host.My NeatBar and NeatPad versions are;・NeatBarZoomRooms:6.1.10(5390)NeatOS:NFB1.20240924.0005・NeatPadZoomRooms:6.1.12(3035)NeatOS:NFA1. 20240924.0507 

Dear Zoom Support Team,I hope this message finds you well.I have been trying to adjust the background noise suppression settings on my Zoom application to facilitate a better sound experience during my sessions, as recommended in the FAQ section of your support site. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the "Audio" settings option where I should be able to modify the background noise suppression level or enable "Original Sound for Musicians." These options do not appear on my interface, making it impossible for me to adjust or disable the background noise suppression as needed.I am currently using Zoom on a Mac device, and I have ensured that the application is updated to the latest version. Hi there,SOLVED!SOLVED!In my losing my way in the midst of what became a puzzle, I had forgotten to leave my DAW open.I am delivering keyboard/piano lessons online and am have difficulty with sharing the computer audio to hear the midi of the keyboard.I have tried several potential solutions, though as yet still cannot hear the sound.The midi works when going through Garageband.I've set up the midi for the Zoom input/output in midi settings on Garageband. When in Zoom I click 'share computer audio' and no sound comes out. The small box to tick for option of 'share sound' is greyed out. I have also tried going through my audio interface with the leads from keyboard to interface. Then choosing that as the speaker option. I've tested out the different options of sound including for 'live musicians' and get the message there's a problem turning it on. The sound is set to

I co host meetings with a business account every other week. Meeting holds 80-150 people. I am the only device hard wired to our modem/router through COX internet (2000 up and down with 11-14 ping). During the meeting, our frame will freeze audio and video for 5 seconds, then says "internet is unstable" Everything is updated through my computer and zoom. I've restarted modem and did a power cycle on it as well. Is there something I'm missing? I assume it could just be the modem/router through COX internet and I possibly need to get a new one, but this shouldn't happen even with a cheap one as it's never happened before. Only at this location. Normally when internet starts to go bad the frame might skip and sound bad, but we only freeze for 5 seconds. There are times it happens once a day up to 6 times. Would really appreciate the help.

Hello,  Does anyone know how to completely disable the Continuous Meeting Chat feature in Zoom Admin? I found the option to turn it off at Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting so I disabled it but it is still active/enabled by default when creating a new meeting. 

Our Zoom is connected to Lawmatics and the meetings are being booked through there. Some users have free licenses. One user has paid license. It seems that people cannot log into Zoom meetings, it won't let anyone in, even the host. What could be the reason? 1 hour meetings. Thank you!

For a few participants who are joining zoom meeting created by our licensed users, the option 'Poll/quizzes' is not visible on the Meeting screen. Majority of these users are using the latest Zoom Desktop Client version 6.2.3 This issue is also there for a few meeting hosts as well. The host is unable to see the Polls/quizzes button on the meeting page. Note : Under Account Settings> Meeting > Meeting Polls/Quizzes, the option is enabled 

Himy microphone isn't working in the zoom windows app, in other apps it works(for example OBS).i have the latest version of the zoom app: Version: 6.1.5 (43316)latest windows 11 update's when i'm in the settings Audio tab in the zoom app , it seems like it loopback my pc output into the microphone it records the audio of the computer for example if i play youtube video. i tried every possible solution over the netenabling the privacy access to the microphone in the windows setting noticed that the zoom isn't showing there, just showing an app called "NVM for Windows" accessing the microphone while i am using the app (i am using the latest nodejs version if it's related)should there be a zoom app over there?  Thank You

I'm using Zoom mobile app. When I create or edit a meeting, Zoom automatically creates an email draft with meeting invitation. How can I stop this?

I turned on the "auto record" feature for 1 week because I didn't want to forget to record during important meetings.But it turned out I didn't want it to record as soon as I started to log in.  I want to record when I am ready and when I want to record. However, I could not remember WHERE to turn this switch back to OFF.Can any one here help me?I have combed through the Settings at least four times, and I have not seen anything related to Auto Record. Thank you.

I have a Mac Studio with an Apple Studio Display. Can I use Apple's new Center Stage feature in a Zoom meeting, and if so, how? Randy

I have connected an external camera with audio to my laptop USB.  I can see picture.  I can see audio mic is working but I can not monitor my external mic.  If I do a zoom meeting others can hear my audio but I can not.  I want to be able to check that the audio is OK. Other programs easily allow me to monitor camera audio but ZOOM is not letting me.

If I am the host, and attendee requests recording of the session and I accept, and recording starts for that session, after the session where does that recording go? As host it is not in my cloud or local storage - does it get  shared with the attendee? Thanks for any feedback!

I've been having this problem for months, but today I upgraded to version 6.2.3 (Linux, Ubuntu) and it got much worse. I was recording a Zoom meeting and I noticed lag when writing on the whiteboard. I opened `htop` and saw that Zoom was using the CPU at almost 100%, ALL the memory (that's 24 GB) and also all swap memory (2 GB). I was forced to kill Zoom and restart it. This makes Zoom practically unusable.

I run zoom for a church with 5 cameras and 6 microphones. Is there a way to make it easier to change cameras and mics rather than clicking on the little arrow and scrolling to the right device?  Can I sync them so I can change the camera and the mic automatically changes as well.  I would rather not use  a secondary program like OBS. 

I am using New Outlook.  When schedule a meeting, it opens the meeting invite in the classic outlook.  However after clicking "Send", the invite does not go out until i later open the Classic version of Outlook.  Is there a workaround?

When I'm in a meeting with several participants I like to keep Zoom in Gallery view however every time someone starts talking for more than just a short comment, it jumps to Active Speaker mode.  How do I stop that from happening?!?  I chose Gallery for a reason, why is the program deciding I made the wrong choice?!
