I have a user in our organisation whose Windows Zoom client is unresponsive when trying to log in.I can press 'sign-in via Google', but the button does nothing. Selecting 'sign-in via SSO' allows me to enter our Zoom domain, but won't pressing Continue does nothing...I have tried uninstalling the client and installing the latest version, but get the same results.I have also tried installing from our .msi (based on a slightly older version), but same results....I'm at a real loss... any ideas?

I am on Zoom 6.1.11 with Pro subscription on MacOS Sequoia 15.0. I am having the following issue: I host the meeting on my laptop, and I want to screenshare the entire screen on my iPad (using the screen mirroring between the laptop/iPad). When I do this, I cannot see the little video of the other participant.  I am doing this in the context of teaching, where I want to face the video camera straight on sometimes, and sometimes write things on the iPad. But, not being able to see the video of the student is very detrimental. I'd prefer not to just do Zoom on the iPad and just share the screen there, since the angle of the video is unnatural. I don't remember this being an issue when I was working somewhere where we had one of the enterprise level accounts for free, is this why the screen mirroring is wonky now? 

I created a Zoom meeting that required participants to register. Country/Region is one of the questions on the registration form. I am going to have participants from Canada and the US. I do not want the participants to scroll through 150 country names to select Canada or the United States. I want to offer two country options to select from. Is there a way to customize the country list for the registration questions?Thank you. 

Zoom stopped functioning during a video meeting and would then freeze if I tried to rejoin the meeting.  So I uninstalled it. Then downloaded the latest Zoom installer and tried re-installing. Initially the error was about a missing dll (d3dcompiler_47.dll) so downloaded 32 and 64bit versions. Then the Zoom installer error changed to  "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b). Click OK to close the application." The installer gets far enough that Zoom Workplace v6.2.3 (47507) shows up on the list of installed programs Troubleshooting stepsThe OS is Windows 8 (yes I know! but it is what it is). Because of the missing dll issue I decided to runDISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  and  sfc /scannow.  sfc claimed to have fixed any errors that were found. 

This seems so simple but I can't figure it out!  I tried to join a zoom meeting using the link I was provided.  That took me to the meeting directly without having to log into the app (I have a free account).  I wasn't admitted bcse my name wasn't displayed.  Even though everything I read said that if you join through a link, it will give you the option to enter your name, that option was not there.  All it would allow me to do was to turn the video and mic on/off and to join. I tried copy/pasting the link into my browser but nothing changed. So I tried logging into & joining the meeting through the app, but I was not provided the meeting ID, so couldn't.  This is a link sent by a large organization that holds hundreds of zoom meetings so I'm sure this is me, not them.  I've asked them to provide the meeting id next time if possible, but in the meantime, what am I missing?

Very often when I click a join zoom link the client hasn't been open before and then decides that it would be a great time to perform an update. This has already lead to me being late on several meetings.  This is inacceptable. Please prevent updates from delaying calls.

Hello community, this week we upgraded our plan from our account to one with Large Meeting. The question that arises as a team is if now all our meetings are Large or we have to activate the option in each meeting, if so I can't find the option to make our meeting Large. Help

I'm trying to use the free version of Zoom to record demos with audio and screen capture. I start a new meeting, share a screen, start recording, talk through and perform the demo steps, stop the recording, then convert the captured data to an MP4 file. Problem is that the recording shows a box in the upper right area with my name in it. Is it possible to avoid having that box in the recording? I've looked through all the settings I can find and don't see anything that solves it.This is on Windows 11, Zoom Workplace v6.1.12 (46889).Thanks in advance.

Dear Zoom community, I have been recording on Zoom with my desktop computer. However, I went on a trip and bought a Samsung Chrome laptop to do the same. However, after downloading the application, there is no record button, even after changing the settings on my profile as indicated. Zoom is not very accessible for Deaf students like me. Every time I join a meeting or a class, I must use an iPad with my MacBook so that I can pin the interpreters to full screen on my MacBook's Zoom app while the iPad Zoom is set to automatically spotlight whoever is speaking or showing the slides. The sounds on both MacBook and iPad are already disabled, but whenever a zoom meeting starts, it bumps up the iPad's sounds.I got in trouble in the library today because I didn't hear it and got scolded by the staff. I know I turned the volume off before I started the meeting but for some reason the Zoom app forced the volume back on. How do I completely kill the sound from the iPad zoom app? I need the sounds disabled so I can use the iPad for my class this semester or else my grades will suffer.My iPad is Mini 6th generation with latest iOS and latest Zoom app.

Is there a way to force users into a breakout room without them needing to click the "join" button? No matter what setting I change it doesn't seem to affect if that message appears or not. Some of my meeting attendees are automatically moved, while others still receive the dialogue box.  To expand on that - if the suer doesn't accept the invitation to the first breakout room I am unable to assign them to another. There is no option to move them around if they don't accept the first one. Overall - how do I turn off their ability to accept and just force them into the room? Thanks! 

Hello, We have a recurring monthly meeting with external sponsors and the zoom meeting details that have been given out are the "owner" of the zoom account.  Unfortunately he had a medical emergency and is out for the next few days.  I'm an admin on the account - is there any way I can "take over" his account so I can proctor the meeting tomorrow instead of having to send out new zoom details?  Our fear is that there are quite a few members and we don't want to confuse folks with the revised invite.  

Is there a way to set a default view (speaker or gallery) when joining Zoom Meeting so it doesn't need to be changed on a meeting by meeting basis? Thank you!

I created a zoom meeting. There is a security saction where you have to choose al least 1 of 3 options and the default one (that I always choose) is "anyone with the meeting passcode or the link can join the meeting".However sometimes it asks the attendees the put the passcode in order to join and I don't understand why. I tought maybe it's becasue I myself didn't join the meeting yet but that should not be the problem since I made a colleague a host as well when I created the meeting, and  Zoom required a password of him as well.Does that mean the creator of the meeting always need to attend even when other users are the hosts? 

Hi, Having trouble with Air Pods connecting to Zoom on my laptop. Tried everything including reparing. Says it is connected but them on a Zoom call noone can hear me. Tried all the Zoom troubleshooting stuff. I know the AirPods are functional as I used them on a phone call. Any suggestions would be welcome Thanks!

Hello,I frequently use zoom to record interviews and have noticed that when I record locally, the recordings do not align with the settings I have on my account. That is, there are not separate audio and video recordings for each participant. How can I make local recordings align with these settings?

My zoom meeting keeps quitting unexpectedly. Like during in the middle of a meeting, my zoom meet would just suddenly end as if it was shut off from the task manager or something. I am 100% sure this is not an internet problem. It probably ain't an account problem either. My professors in school use pro accounts so our meetings can go past 40 minutes. It also "mostly" occurs whenever I interact with another application in my desktop like Microsoft Edge. I would simply click on my browser sometimes and the Zoom meeting window would just exit by itself. There were also times where during a meeting, my entire desktop would LITERARY run in 3 fps. Yes, the entire desktop. My mouse would move incredibly slow and the sound would stutter. This would last for 5-10 seconds until the zoom meeting client would end by itself once again. Currently I'm using zoom via web browser so that it won't quit unexpectedly again but the browser version is really slow though. There must be something in my pc

im trying to download a recording to save onto my PC that iv done many times before but lately its not letting me. i fill in my name and email and click im not a robot and press register then it just takes me straight back to the same page

Can anyone tell me how to record a meeting I have a Live session coming up that I am setting up for a client and she wants to record it if possible - we only have the free version and I have seen 'Clips' is available but what would be best and how do you do it please to record the whole 40 minute session? many thanks. I have tried searching and found the guideline but it states to go in to Account management and account settings - which i don't have and something about Admin rights - which I don't believe I have on a free account? Help....

I use "no fixed time" recurring meetings for my lessons. I have over 40, neatly arranged in alphabetical order. It used to be simple to set this type of meeting up, but Zoom, in their desire to make things ever more convoluted, relegated the option to set up this type of meetings from the web, so now, instead of 30 seconds from the app, as it was before, takes me over 5 minutes to set up a new meeting from the web (and of course, editing no fixed time recurring meetings from the app totally messes them up). In their endeavour to break what was working fine, they also all but hid all recurring meetings from the app, placing them under layers and layers of buttons, so that we can waste our time hunting them in calendars that we don’t use. In my irredeemable contrariness, I discovered that one can install

Hi, I have one question. Is it possible to share file in chat with Video SDK. Zoom providing and api or any interface in Video SDK to file share in chat. If don't than we have any other solution to provide file sharing in zoom chat. If we create their own file sharing system than how we can integrate with zoom chat.

Es decir, la grabación viene bien, luego cuando creo aulas partidas/separadas para trabajar en equipos y los vuelvo a traer a sesión principal, en ese último tramo de la grabación, SÓLO SE ESCUCHAN LAS VOCES PERO LA IMAGEN SALE CONGELADA. A alguien le está pasando lo mismo? 

I have an Annual General Meeting that is run as a webinar. Polls are launched to vote on resolutions (basic for and against). However only some of the attendees have voting privilege's, but everyone can raise their hand and be promoted to speak.Please can Zoom add a feature in to allow the host to allocate polling "rights" to registered attendees. Putting no voting participants into the waiting room is not a viable option for me as all participants have the right to speak to a resolution, but not all have the right to vote on it. Thanks
