During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates.The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….”Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter.The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen.”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen”When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled.Any ideas how to get these to stop?!

I need to remove the 6.6.10 (6.6.19785) 64bit version of zoom and it is prompting for the installer in order to upgrade to the latest version.Can someone provide a download link to this version please and thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help or provide guidance.I ran a webinar training session with 'Local Recording' and on playback, the session during the morning was fine, but I paused the recording at lunchtime and continued recording after lunch. What the recording shows is that after resuming recording, my video (me) was frozen and there was no screen share recorded for the whole afternoon session. What was recorded was the audience video placeholders and nothing else! Clearly, I was screen sharing and I wasn't frozen during the live session. Audio was fine throughout the entire recording. Help!

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings and online classes, and recently I’ve noticed that screen sharing has become really laggy on my Windows 11 laptop (Core i5 11th gen, 8GB RAM). The video freezes for others while my audio is still fine, especially when I’m sharing a browser or PowerPoint. My internet connection seems stable, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix for smoother screen sharing?

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to share PDFs during my meetings on Zoom. I should mention that I’m working on iPad, and until now everything was working perfectly. Where could the problem be coming from, and what should I do please? Depuis quelques jours, je n’arrive plus à partager de PDF lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. Zoom crashes immediately when I open it after updating my Mac to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1. So sad. I have tried several versions of Zoom, but all the ways I tried cannot work,  is there any solution?

Recently a change was made to auto-lower raised hands when people stop talking. This is not working and we use the RAISED HAND for stand-ups and stand-downs to show who hasn't gone yet. Now, the system keeps lowering hands because someone may comment on another persons update and the system thinks that person is done talking. It's really annoying and not helpful.

Hi everyone.  When I start my videos my virtual background is on a blue background despite every thing being on none /off.  No avatars are on etc, no green screen on.  I am able to shift through other virtual backgrounds.  But I cant get it to have nothing on there yet.  Can someone please help me make it so I do not have a background on my screen.  I am not certain if I hit something in the past, but I am uncertain how to take it off now.   Please help.

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

Hello, I have a workplace account. I am trying to figure out language translation. When I set the close caption to a different language, it always defer back to English. Some of my student students for example speak and read Spanish. Is there a mechanism for The user who speaks a different language to receive close caption just on their screen and their preferred language. Also, when the instructor is speaking, I understand there is a feature where the end user who speaks a different language can hear the instructor voice in their language. I find some of the land translation features to be confusing. Essentially, I’m trying to assist my students who speak Spanish to receive their closed caption in Spanish, and also have the instructor voice translated in Spanish. It is also my understanding that the Spanish translation in zoom is not very accurate.

Hi AllHi Using AirPods with a HP laptop running Win 11. Set up has been great for months, but last few weeks sound has dropped out when Zoom meeting starts. No sound emanating from any of the participants, video but no sound. If I end meeting and disconnect Bluetooth, still no sound thru laptop speakers. Almost like laptop assuming AirPods still connected. It’s like six people have all gone on mute at the same time-v weird. Only manifested in last few weeks without any change to settings.  I’ve done the Zoom test using the laptop and AirPods, and the sound and microphone was fine. Anyone else had this? Bit perplexed. Thank you. Any resolution advice? Thanks

Since last 10 days my meeting participants are not able to see the annotation toolbar on the shared whiteboard for a meeting on my desktop. I have updated my Zoom Workplace to the latest version but this does not help. I have checked the meeting settings also wherein I have not checked “ Only host can annotate”. I tried to start a meeting from my phone and joined the meeting from my desktop ( without signing in) from the web by entering the meeting details and I could see the annotation tool bar on the whiteboard shared on the phone. 

The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues

Windows 11; HP laptopWhen testing speakers I can’t hear the tone; Testing microphone work well, I can hear tone well. I switched to head phones, could hear but volume is very low even though my volume set to max. Feels like volume starts high and immediately goes down.Have no problem with speaker in other apps.Did anyone have similar problem, what was the solution? Thank you,

I am hosting a private memorial to celebrate the life of my brother for about 50 family members that will last for about 2 hours. What is the best product that will allow shared video, meeting rooms and shared audio?

I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page.   After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save.   Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time.  All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working.   None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this?  I am on the Pro Plan.  Windows 11.  All the latest versions installed.

My login report shows different times than the ones scheduled for the meetings. What's the reason?
