Meetings

I don't host meetings - I attend them generally via a link I am sent via email.  I constantly receive a prompt 'Your Network Bandwidth is Low'.  I have changed internet provider to try and get to the bottom of this.  No progress.  It would seem no-one wants to take responsibility.  I can find no resolution that I can understand myself to implement.  I have already tried 2 internet providers, I suspect this problem is set to continue.  The local computer shop can find no issue with my laptop and so I remain stuck with this problem which I cannot solve.  Just desperate to get resolution, but no idea who to ask for assistance that I can understand as an attendee.  

Summary of Request:I respectfully propose the implementation of a feature within Zoom that allows the host to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to be permanently enabled by default for both the host and all meeting participants, with no need for toggling during each meeting. This should be in the initial setup and emailed as part of the link to our client so that they never have to hunt for or have to change to the "original sound" for this setting.Current Issue:Despite enabling “Original Sound for Musicians” in account settings, users must still manually activate it in every single meeting. I just created two different Zoom meetings. I selected recurring meeting>no fixed time. Now they don't show up in my list of meetings on my dashboard. This is highly inconvenient. Now I can't easily join the meetings from my list of meetings since they are not listed and nowhere to be found. Does anyone know if there is a way to locate them in my account?

QUALCUNO PUO’ AIUTARMI? è una registrazione molto importante!

Just in Zoom my face is very big, i need to distance 2 meter from my laptop to be in normal size. This is not normal, in other prgrams the picture is normal. Sorry, i am not English native speaker. 

Last month the chat has changed and it is very bad when you use zoom for teaching. Before the message send to the host was displayed in the same window regardless the author and the author was indicated just before the message. Now each discussion is displayed in a separated window. This is awful when you use zoom for teaching session because the host has to switch between windows to see the answer of each student to a question. Of course it is possible for the students to send their answers to '"everybody" but at that time every body see the response of every student which is bad for teaching.Give us the option to go back to the old chat.JP PEGHAIRE

When I am hosting a meeting and sharing my screen my computer performance gets really laggy.   It takes a long time to open documents or change screens.    I have optimized the perfromance on my computer.  I have cleaned up the disk space and it is still very laggy and would appreciate advice.  

Zoom: 6.6.11Ubuntu 24.04 (Gnome/wayland) When I open the reaction emoji popup, if I move the mouse the popup disappear.This make impossible to react to chat messages.

my browser is not allowing my mircophone access, how do I fix this? I have checked and everything is set to allow...

Every time a meeting ends, my computer with Windows 11 Home crashes and restarts. Version 22H2. Installed RAM 16.0, 64-bit operating system, no touch screen. Sure would like a resolution for this.Thanks in advance.

For some reason I can’t share my screen even if I am host and also I am on a Malden public schools

What is the best way to identify and stop persistent bombers. This is a 24/7 meeting.  All Newcomers are welcome. So,  we cannot change the ID and passcode.  Members develop "beef" and come in to screw with the chat. Chat is a critical part for all members. How can the specific IP's be identified and permanently blocked? Are there any legitimate threats that can be DM'ed to them before booting?  They are removed very quickly. Same IP cannot return until the 24 hour reboot. Chat is cleared in seconds but then must be temporarily shut down. They don't return during the same hour.  But they return within several hours in the past few weeks. Same post over and over lately. Solutions?

I’ve had automatic recordings set for my meetings for a number of years with no problem. The recordings started as soon as the meeting did, informed the participants that it was being recorded, and the recording automatically saved to my computer. Easy. Suddenly, a few weeks ago, despite still having record option chosen in my settings (I didn’t touch the settings), the meetings are no longer being recorded - AND there is no option while the meeting is going to manually press record. Nothing. Nada. No button to press, no options in settings. I reached out to Zoom customer service about 20 times (not kidding), they keep sending me emails saying they’re looking into it and to be patient (with the exception of one email yesterday asking me whether I’ve followed their advice yet…??). But the issue remains. I do think it a bit odd that this all started the week they introduced the AI companion feature. But I can’t seem to find anyone with a similar issue.I’m not a pa

At the end of last year, direct messages would have their own tab in the chat. I switched to running my classes in zoom because I liked that feature. Upon my return to school this year, that feature was gone. I really liked it because my direct chats get lost in the shuffle of all other messages and I am missing student chats. Is there a way to get that back or maybe a setting that I need to make for this to happen again?Thank you 

Hello, can anyone tell me how my zoom participants can share their photos that they have on their computer or phone?  I tried doing so myself and the picture comes up but it is small.  Is there a way to share a photo to the chat box?

how do i play music during zoom meetings?

 The aspect ratio for my camera is off, but only in zoom. Teams works fine. Other apps that access my camera work fine.I have tried selecting “Original ratio” and it adds black bars to both sides of the image and squishes it. Without “original ratio” the camera is “zoomed in” vertically, but obviously squished.The “HD” selection feels like it should fix it, but that does nothing as far as I can tell.Any recommendations appreciated.  Normal Camera Program:Normal camera program. Hi, thanks for taking my question. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to have the control toolbar always on the host's primary laptop screen and not on the extended monitor screen. I don't want my in-house audience to see how many participants or any of the control features. I want to manage zoom independently on my primary screen. During my last zoom meeting, I experienced intermittent pausing. I generally use my laptop, which has been working for years.What is causing this?

Somehow, every meeting (scheduled or unscheduled) is automatically being recorded to the Cloud -- and I want to turn that feature OFF. I can't figure out how to do it. Help! EDIT: I finally figured it out under PERSONAL ROOM!
