I have a smart Samsung TV. I cannot find the Zoom app when I go to the search bar it does not come up. How do I install the Zoom app and have it stay there all the time

Hi all, Does anyone know if the "Sign in with Microsoft" option can be disabled/hidden? I've looked in the available install switches and group policy, but have yet to find a setting for it. Thanks. 

I use zoom desktop client (version 6.0.2)  on my Manjaro linux (my desktop environment is KDE Plasma 6.0.4 under Wayland) machine for work and lack of hardware acceleration is simply appalling. I have Dell XPS 9520 laptop with Intel Xe Graphics GPU, and without dedicated GPU. I have hardware acceleration set up, because Firefox is using it just fine. Moreover I don't even have option to enable it in "advanced video setting". I tried to set enablegpucomputeutilization=true in ~/.config/zoomus.conf only to have it returned back to false after zoom startup. Please, fix this ASAP, as using zoom without hardware acceleration is horrible experience.

Hi,Could someone please advise how to update my Zoom version? I've tried all the instructions I could find online, unsuccessfully.  Yes, I've signed up to my desktop app, but no, there is no "Check latest update button". No, I cannot go to my IT team for help (as per the instructions of Zoom online support) because such thing doesn't exist. I am my own admin and team, solo, there's nobody else.Yes, I have tried to update Zoom manually, following the steps suggested. But I'm just being re-directed to my desktop app, i.e. square one. I'm spinning in a circle. I used to be able to update it easily, but now after Zoom has forced me to Zoom Workplace, it's become very complicated. Can you please help?Thanks very much.

I've been using Zoom for years and since yesterday, it is suddenly requiring a password for others to join. I have my waiting room enabled, and until yesterday, people were added to the waiting room without requiring a password. How can I change it back?

Hi all, Do you know if there is any way to upload a video larger than 30MB in a Meeting waiting room?I tried to compress the video that I want to use but the quality is now very bad. Would love to find a workaround this. BestAugustin

Hi all, pulling my hair out with this one. I have chosen to record separate audio and video tracks for my meetings. When I go to download them I get this notification... This download doesn’t include files in these folders: “sign language file of each language,” “audio file of each participant,” and “language interpretation file of each language”. You will need to download folder files manually. There's zero explanation as to where to go to manually download the separate files. Where are they hiding? EDIT: Nevermind, you click on each link individually and that opens up the separate files page.  

Hi all, first post. I'm going nuts. My son has guitar lessons with a guy in the US. We are in the UK. In order for the lessons to occur, he needs a mic to talk.. his guitar signal and the DAW playback all to be heard at the same time. He plays through a helix floor pedal, straight into the focusrite Scarlett 18i8 interface. The mix is also plugged into a line input on the interface. The problem is this.. I can play back everything at the same time when testing the mic input in zoom settings. However, it feels like there is a signal issue with the guitar. If he plays continually, the signal continues fine. However, if he stops for a bit to talk/listen to his teacher, the signal can take a while to be read again buly zoom. Sometimes like 10 seconds. Sometimes it comes back only partially and muffled but then kicks in and the line goes green again. If I run it next to my Mac input signal.. there is no delay, only when going into zoom. Sor

Hello Zoom community, I couldn't find any switch to enable sending cloud recording links to everyone.Therefore, I need to manually forward the link to others.Is there any way to send recording link automatically to others? thanks in advance!Zoom is the best meeting app.

I'm struggling to find an older version of the Linux Zoom Client to downgrade to. For the last few versions of Zoom, I've had a lot of trouble with screensharing - which isn't a good look in front of my customers. I've filed plenty of error reports each time it's happened but Zoom don't seem interested in doing anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find an older version of the app?  The Zoom download centre doesn't seem to understand the concept of "old versions".

A friend used my computer to start her meeting. Now when I join zoom, it identifies me as her. How do I change this so zoom identifies me when I sign in?

Would be great to always open chat in it's own window (popped out), instead of merged with main window. Opening it inside main window messes up window layouts.

Hello! I have a few students using Chromebooks and Macbooks. They cannot find their annotation tool. Can anyone provide guidance on this? 

You have allowed spammers and scammers to drop people onto a zoom audience list without their permission. They send dozens of emails, including changes to schedule or changes to title, with no easy way to report it as spam. Annoyingly, the meetings automatically show up on my calendar. I get four or five of these every single day.  It used to be if I saw an email from Zoom, I paid close attention. Now I assume it's spam, which means I will likely miss some notifications from meetings I actually did sign up for. Please, please, please add a button to every single email that goes out from you from meeting organizers that says "report as spam" or "I did not sign up for this" and then take action to shut these people down.

I am writing regarding an urgent issue with a lost conference recording. We hosted an important conference via Zoom which was set to be recorded to the cloud. However, we discovered that the recording has disappeared, and we believe this may have happened due to insufficient cloud storage space. Is it possible to recover this lost recording from Zoom servers? About a month or so ago Zoom updated something and now I can't hear my participants before or after meetings I used to be able to talk with them before class, then I'd mute them during class, and we could chat again afterwards. What do I need to change? Thanks in advance for your help!

Since Zoom version 6.4.10.2027 and now with Zoom version 6.4.12.2180 on Ubuntu 24.04 my audio settings screen is malformed.For me in Zoom version 6.4.6.1370 is the last version where the audio setting screen is working correct.The problem of the audio setting screen is that the the screen is divided in half because the right vertical slider bar is placed in the middle. Because the screen is cut in half, you can not use the audio setting screen normally. The function which are accessible on the left sight are working normally. How can I fix this problem? Or if it can not be fixed by the community, how can this problem forwarded to technical support. I have a free account.
