When a panelist clicks their link to join a session on the Zoom Events platform, is there a way for them to join so that they don't have to login at all? Currently, when our panelists try to join using their special panelist link, it makes them either login to zoom, or login to other accounts such as gmail, facebook, apple, etc. Ideally, they'd be able to join the session just by clicking the link and that would take them directly to backstage.    Thanks!   Mary

We are working on putting Zoom Events into place for our client to handle their virtual two day conference and was interested in examples of Sponsorship packages that others put together. Is anyone able to share what they have done or a best practice? 

I put a custom disclaimer for an event and am unable to turn it off again.  The toggle button is greyed out and it simply says that an it admin must do this.  I have a personal pro account and am the only one using it.  I tried logging out of all devices to see if that were the issue but it hasn't made any difference.  Can anyone help? 

Hi All, I am trying to find a smart tv, to which I can add a webcam/microphone, that we can use for videoconferencing. Anyone have any suggestions on smart tvs that have the Zoom app? Thank you very much. Peter

TIME-SENSITIVE QUESTION -- The link to the registration page works from a laptop, but the link from a smartphone or ipad takes you right to the Zoom meeting.  I need the link to go to the registration page from ALL devices.  What do I need to fix?

I am attending my first zoom event, and I don’t see any sort of microphone option. I wish there was something confirming that I am muted. Does anyone know if the lack of any sort of mic display means that no one can hear me? I completely muted my computer mic after a minute but I’m just curious.

I have a number of tracks defined for a particular event. When I display the filters on the "Sessions" page, the Tracks are all listed in a random order. Its not alphabetical, nor is it the order that they were created - its just odd.  Is it possible to define the order the tracks are displayed? Or at a minimum, have them sorted in alphabetical order? Also, it would be ideal if you could edit a track name and have it apply to all sessions. Imagine the use case where I decided to rename a track - as I understand it, currently I would have to individually edit every session in that track. Thanks

I’ve had a couple of conversations with other Events producers about the recent change to the appearance of the Track Filter on the Events Sessions tab. The one on Zoomtopia for example:One producer had originally created their upcoming event with a number of tracks to indicate topic areas of their 200+ sessions. As you can see from the Zoomtopia example, the “sliding tab bar” quickly fills up, and you can’t see the rest without sliding. Okay, I get it. But what order are the tracks listed in?(A) We haven’t been able to figure it out, and…(B) There don’t appear to be any way for the Host to control the order.  Alphabetical would be a nice start. Allowing the Host to manage an orderable list would be better. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have an issue with creating new hub in Zoom Events.I have Zoom Events Unlimited license, I am logged in with correct account but I am having Access Denied error and can not create hub in Zoom Events.I am located in Ukraine in Kyiv and can not set up Stripe or PayPal account.Billing information is updated, there is no geo-blocking in account.Any ideas?Maybe this will help:I see this error in Console:Uncaught (in promise) Access denied 2/e/billing/account:1 

a Company keeps adding me to their events. I’ve never asked to register to. They send out the links under multiple different email addresses and it feels very spam and been going on for about 3 months multiple times a week. I’ve been personally contacting them asking them to remove me as as well as canceling the registration. Any advice on how to get off this group’s master list?

The Zoom looks as it should when we are using Immersive View, but our Livestream is showing some peoples backgrounds.  A new problem we started seeing about a 3 weeks ago. This is happening with latest Zoom version, Windows computers and Mac.  We've had people toggle on & off basically every option we could find for their own virtual backgrounds. Image below shows how the person on far right looks as expected in Zoom, but is showing his home background.

When connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headset, I cannot switch the audio to Stereo mode even after checking the stereo options under settings.  The AG/ Realtek audio output is very loud even after turning down the volume under zoom settings and on my laptop.  May I know how I can switch to the stereo mode to control audio from my headset and have a better sound quality?

When someone adds me as an alternative host to a meeting, I would like that meeting to show up in my Meetings panel. Otherwise, to actually join in the host role, I need to find the email that I got and use that link.  (I think this is the case, though I am not 100% sure.) It would be much easier if I could just go to Meetings and click there.This has been bugging me for a while. I don't really expect a reply; just putting it out there as a nice feature to add.

Hello, When i record my events (>7 hours), it is split in 2 files (06:34:03 + 40:52) instead of one.Do you know why ? And is it possible to do something to have only one file ? Because, some of my old events recordings are also > 7h but are in only one file video so i do not understand... Thank you for your help. David 

I changed the currency I use to pay my bill to make it more affordable for large gatherings. However, now the change won't let me buy anything because it says the payment hasn't been updated yet, but I've already paid my monthly bill. Does anyone know what I can do?

I'm trying to find out how to set a default image when setting up a conference with multiple session. Although Zoom creates a 'default image' I apparently can't publish the event until I have set my own image (seems a bit daft). I will have hundreds of sessions in an upcoming event so I need to be able to set my own default image. Can anyone help?

In the June 16, 2025 Zoom Events Release Notes (as of this posting), there is the following entry:I can't find any other reference to this anywhere.  Where can one configure this setting? I also looked for the similar Zoom Sessions functionality mentioned in that note, but can't see any place in Zoom Sessions where the Join button timing can be configured. If you find it, please let me know... maybe with a screen shot.  Thanks!

The organization I work for purchased the Zoom Sessions (Pay Per Attendee) plan for up to 50 attendees. I misunderstood the plan and thought it would allow for 50 attendees per session, not per year. We have already used 45 attendees, so we will need to purchase more. When I go to 'Manage Plan' and 'Add More Attendees', you can select a plan for 50, 100, 600, etc. If we purchase one of these plans, is that 50/100/600 attendees in addition to the original 50 we had purchased? In Zoom Sessions, people can register for our virtual event by using either their Zoom login or an email address. In our case, most people will be using the email address option. Currently, the Zoom Sessions registration process sends the registrant an email with a code. However, this is very inconvenient for many of our registrants, some of whom are signing up on behalf of their coworkers or supervisors. Is there a way to disable this security hurdle so registrants can simply enter their email and proceed?

When we start meeting as a host then we get to see all the options like summary, recording etc.When we record the meeting, then post meeting completed we receive event called "recording.transcript_completed", as we have subscribed to it.Now when we do not record the meeting, then post meeting completed we do not receive webhook event “recording.transcript_completed”, at the same time if I login into zoom web portal using same credentials, we could see transcript generated.So is the behaviour correct that we will receive event "recording.transcript_completed" if and only if when the meeting has been recorded?  

This is the error I get as administrator when I try to log into one of our accounts "Allow on other devices, your sign-in request was denied on another device" How can this be resolved

I am currently in a Zoom Conference and only have the option for Audio Settings in the lower left corner. I have no option to mute and have no idea if I am muted automatically. In standard Zoom meetings I have the option to Mute/Unmute. Can someone help?
