Adding Pay Per Attendee Add On to my Event

I have a one-time webinar I created in Events. It looks like it may go over the cap on our Unlimited Event Licence. Is there a way to add the Pay Per Attendee Add-On licence to my account so we can pay per attendee for any overages? Or is the only way to increase the attendee size to move up to the next size on the event's annual plan?

    hi @ParadigmMC ,

The Zoom Unlimited and PPA licences are completely separate systems. You can not mix them together.

    So, as an example.
Lets say you have a 500 seat unlimited.

You can change the settings to allow the ‘sale or registration’ of more than your limit. As we know, some will not turn up.

However, when you reach your limit, that is a hard limit and no more can be added. Unless you upgraded your unlimited licences, which is very often, not a good solution.
You may choose to send the overflow somewhere else. (in the options)

If you are certain you will go over the limit, then you can switch that event onto your PPA licence.
In that way you pay for each person who turns up at the point they join the hub.
With this licence you ‘CAN’ go over the limit and need to buy some more PPA to cover it, or you will be billed a surcharge for those overruns, which is more than if you buy in advance. I suggest topping up the PPA before the surcharge.

So thats the basics of it.
